I recently got the pokerus on my team while leveling some pokemon up on the way to completing my pokedex. I didn't know I had it until I went back to the pokecenter of course, and I immediately deposited two pokemon that had it in to the box and try to spread it to other pokemon. I can't spread it to any others no matter how many battles I go through. What I'm afraid of is, that somehow I caught it and it didn't show up to me and I saved and turned my system off for a couple days, upon returning of course my party pokemon still had it but were no longer spreading it. Is there any way to tell if pokemon are still spreading the disease? All of them have the little neutral smiley on their summary page, does this mean they are now immune and no longer spreading?

Yeah, the smiley face means they can't spread it anymore. You'll have to use one that still has PKRS next to its name in its info to spread it, if you saved one. If not, I could trade you a shinx with pokerus if you have wifi smile

Little thing to keep in mind is that the pokerus can't be spread while an infected Pokemon is in the Pokemon storage box. The reason that you would put an infected in there is to keep the virus alive indefinitely. Last thing, after you get the little smiley face, biggrin , the Pokemon will still keep the double stat boost. Meaning you can train them to be even stronger. ninja
