There are some things I want to delete from my CC in my game, and I was wondering on if I can delete it in-game.
When you delete in the CAS, does the file that it came with also go away in the documents, or do I have to find that and manually get rid of that instead so it doesn't clog up my stuff?

Whilst you CAN delete CC in game it's probably best to hunt it down in your Downloads folder.
If it is just a recolour of a mesh that is already in game then deleting in game is fine.
The problem starts if you had to download a mesh as well. If you delete those items in the game then the game only removes the recolour file and the mesh gets left behind in the Downloads folder.

That's what I thought.
And what about stuff that is broken in my game? Or don't appear to have meshes on them (such as hair that is supposed to be something but show up invisible or buzzed cut)

I'd still recommend finding the files in your Downloads folder and removing them that way.
