My roommate is very nice in some ways (like she helps me with my side of the room and helped me unpack) but she and my suitemates are rather exclusive. like when we needed to make a store run. I was out on campus and my suitemates called (only 3 of them) and they said there wasn't a lot of room in the car so they decided to go and said for me to send them a list with stuff i need. and they have a bunch of their friends over for movie nights but they talk about stuff only they know and don't invite me to sit with them and chill. it's becoming more and more awkward and they are becoming more and more exclusive. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
are there any of the girls who are nicer to you than others or that you can get along with better? If so... ask them if the other girls like you or not... that would be your best bet.
If asking one of them is not an option (you dont feel comfortable at all with the idea) then you have a couple other options.
If you feel like crashing their party and joining in... don't hesitate to say "Oh i've seen that movie, it was really awesome!" or "hey... i know this band... if you like them you might like this band over here too." you know.... kind of small talk. Once you find something in common it gets easier to find other chinks in their armor.
There is also inviting friends from your classes over to hang out and do stuff together. Or going over to their dorm/apartment/suite.
