In order to change to a non-beginner class. You must
first start with a beginning class character.
(unless you are making an academy teacher)
Here's two demonstrations of how it works:
If you want a knight, start with a squire.
In order for the squire to become a knight, which
isn't a beginning class, he must train under a
teacher with a class that is combat class. After
the teacher deems the squire ready, the squire
will undergo a quest with(or sometimes without)
other beginner classes. If the character manages
to complete the quest then the character will rise
to whatever (combat) class the squire wants to be.
Or you can start with an acolyte and become a summoner-
In order for the acolyte to become a knight, which
isn't a beginning class, he must train under a
teacher with a class that is divine class. After
the teacher deems the squire ready, the squire
will undergo a quest with(or sometimes without)
other beginner classes. If the character manages
to complete the quest then the character will rise
to whatever (divine) class the squire wants to be.
