The 2010-2011 season starts tomorrow (and luckily, no iMPACT!, so I don't have to pretend like I had to make a choice). Instead of listing all the scores and stuff (like I did with the World Cup), I'll just set this up for people to post about what's going on in the NFL. So post scores, stats, news, or even just some friendly smack talk (key word: FRIENDLY) from around the league.

Dion Necurat jama7301 Bloody Hell have the Vikings looked sickly this year. I think the high of having Favre on the team has gone away. Yeah, I'm sure now, he'll just be the most famous athlete to hand the ball off to AP. This will probably be Favre's last season...I know he wants that SB ring, but let's face it...that pounding they got from the Saints in the NFC Championship game was the closest he was going to come....unless he wants to come be back-up QB for the Colts! xp

Viking's aren't looking so hot though. Injuries everywhere, and no cohesion in the receiving corp or defense... Gonna be a long season, but at least we have the Twins.

Favre needs what we got here in Indy...a decent O-line. Granted, due to injury Manning's got to rush the pass a little more...and to guys who are dropping passes...but if Bret has a good O-line giving him time, he looks great...especially throwing to guys like Rice, Harvin, and Berrian.

The game was pretty close up until OT. As much as people want to say its Favre's fault the Vikings lost that day, what really did them in was losing the toss.

I thought it was Peterson's fumble on the goal line. If he didn't lose it, game doesn't need overtime.

The pounding I'm talking about was the one Saints D handed Favre. Roughed him up all night (many of which should have been flagged) and caused him to try to rush the passes. Imagine if the O-Line held up in that game...I think the Vikings go on to the SB...to lose to my Colts! rofl

The Bears/Redskins game was possibly the sloppiest game I have seen in years... 9 turnovers, and 4 interceptions by one player in a single half. Factor in penalties and stupid plays... the 17-14 score was closer than it should've been.
Vikings, nay, the entire NFC has been a joke this year. No team looks very dominate.
