Failed once again to make me some perfect fried tofu :,( Help?

Get a SMALL pan and put some fresh oil in it. Then cut up the tofu and put it in a paper towel and put it between two plates. start heating the oil up.
When the oil is nice and hot, put the tofu it(we put it in a paper towel to absorb water, cuz water+oil=burns)
But yeah, make sure to flip the tofu every now and then to keep any sides from burning and when its done to the crispiness of your liking take it out. smile
That's how I make it anyway. Som people use breadings and such but Im lazy xD

Oh goodness, my husband is the God of tofu. He's not even a vegetarian so I don't know how he works so well with it.
I'm a horrible cook though... I don't know how he does it.
