What do you do when your too stressed out and you feel like you want to kill yourself? sad Plz help!! But, of course, suicide can take you to the bad place....hell. I definatly do NOT want to go there! I pray for things to get better....but sometimes the stress gets worse. And I feel so alone when no one believes me.... sad

First thing you do is distance yourself from the thing or someone that is giving you stress. Take a break, chillax, pressuring yourself won't do you any good. Trust me.
And while you're at it, pray. It's the number 1 stress reliever. Because the guy up there can be the only One who can give you the inner peace you've been looking for. And it's nice to have Someone to talk to about your woes. blaugh

When I need strengthening, I read the Psalms. Psalm 46:1 God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Psalm 28:1 Unto thee will I cry, O Lord my rock; be not silent to me: lest, if thou be silent to me, I become like them that go down into the pit. Psalm 27:1 The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid.
I hope this helps. If you just open the Bible and begin to read, you will feel better. I know because it is my refuge. Everytime I have felt overwhelmed by circumstances, I have read the Bible. And everytime it helps and comforts me. If you do not have one, you can go to one of your local churches and ask for a Bible. They will give you one. Blessings to you loverpurr13. ^_^

I had this thought come to me before when my parents were having a divorce battle over me and my siblings. Trust me taking your life is not worth it. Think about how much pain you would cause to people who care about you, this reason would always snap me out of this idea. Afterward i would pray to God that things would get better smile . And they did 3nodding

Camus says that only those who have thought about suicide can truly live, because they have decided to do so. If the thought never once came into your head then not only would you not be normal, you also wouldn't be living your life to its fullest. However if the thoughts don't go away when the stressful situation has passed then you should talk to a therapist or priest or something
