report #1:
We have started our newest examination, the study of the brain and body of the human being; to see how far it can go and what we can unlock inside the brain. Through out the world there have been cases of superhumans, but atlas it's rare to come by thus one of the reasons for the examination. We'll be tinkering the DNA of unfertilized eggs and sperm before implanting it into the willing carrier. For now, it's very new and we still have yet to find anyone woman who's willing to go along with out projects

report #3:
Success! After an month after we started this project, we have an willing egg donor and a carrier! After altering the DNA, it was implanted into the woman, her name will be unknown for her safety. Now it's a waiting game, but the woman will stay her in the building in case something is wrong with the unborn child or her. So far our funding is going well and hopefully more willing donors or carriers will come.

Nine months passed and the child is born, now the real project begins. We will still have the mother around since the child needs her. But she won't be around as much, only to nurture the child. When the time comes, we will get rid of her, to see what the child is like without it's mother. We decided to call the child and many to come, the 'altered child'.

Now there more than one altered child, each one treated differently to see the reactions. some have their mothers, others don't. The first one, called Zero, was in fact a defect compared to the others. My colleagues thought to give them either numbers or names that thought to be forgotten to tell, to make things easier. I couldn't say anything, since the one who funding us thought that was a better idea than altered child. The lab decided that Zero, the first child, shall be the first to under go our examinations, since being defected after all. We can't risk any of the other children to die or badly damaged.

Something strangely happened, Zero......split into two, one is the child, looking normal as it was before.......and....another, but more smaller about the size of an house cat. We didn't know that was going to happen when we started testing chemicals on zero. It's frightening that...thing.....but it doesn't show as any threat at the moment, but it acts like......a child....perhaps its Zero's power. my colleagues want to keep examining on Zero, but I fear something might happen that will make all of regret doing this.

Dear god........my colleagues discover a way to reparable grow the child, making things easier and less waiting for the out come, but unfortunately there drawbacks for the child and their powers. The only one that is unaffected is zero and that thing. We done test on it, discovering that it can posses people,but only for a short amount of time, But if it chooses to stay for longer than it needed then the one posses die. but the thing refuses to posses Zero. The reasons are still unknown to us

I have known too much, the one funding us wants to use the children for things I wish never knowing. They believed that Zero is a bust and thus should be destroyed, but even if there was alterations to the DNA, the child should have the right to live. This will be my last report, tonight I'm going to set the children free and away from this place. the mothers, hopefully, will help since they reared the child. If I do succeed, the chance of living is very low for me. To those who reading, if one of the children, I'm sorry.

After that event, some escape, some with their mothers, others not. Years passed and the children forget what happened to them, all but Zero. The who's force to remember. The children appear and act much older, but in fact their still quite young, for example, one might look 26, but really 5 years old. The mothers could have lied to their children that they lost some of their memoirs, etc. Since the scientist can't afford to lose any of their subjects, the ones who remain are order to either bring back or kill the escaped ones.

Bio/Personal: Sarah was brought on to help bring the children up healthy and strong from there birth and up. She does not know much of the going's on just that if she does her job she is safe. Sarah is originally a very kind person she is worried she is doing the wrong thing but doesn't wish to cross her employers and risk her life.

Power: Zero himself has the power to control any type of energy. Along with 'mini me' to take control of another being.
Drawback: Controling energy takes up a lot of his own. Once he's drawn to the breaking part his body will shut down. As for 'mini me' he can sometimes kill their victum

Bio/Personal: As the story goes, we were just another experiment. One that they wanted to be rid of. It was then that the doctor released us in order to save us. Some were freed while others stayed for unknown reasons to us. It would appear that everyone seemed to have forgotten those horrid times, as for me the memory remains. The chemicles, the pain, and the smells still get to us.

We tend to be distant keeping away from larger crowds. It keeps temptation to a minimal. For reasons unknown to us we are to live normal lives to the best of our ability. To keep out of sight but it isn't as easy as one would say. Sure, living with your mother to take care of you could be easier but for us, well, thats a bit of a stretch. I don't remember what she looks like. Her touch, or her smell. She is but a vauge buzzing in my head. But now, we must be quiet for they are coming. They always do, and if we are not careful, they'll find us. They'll force us to do things to protect us but harm others that'll get in our way.

Drawback: due to her powers, her body tempter is much lower than the average human being, making her weak against the cold. Thus the reasons why she wear winter clothes, all year around. If having great deals on damage onto her, she will 'overheat' cosing damage to anything around her with a price, the lost of her memories.

Bio/Personal: She doesn't remember as much, but it comes in her dreams only in fog or haz. She actually overheated that day when her and the others escaped, without knowing it, she killed quite a few along with her mother. When she came to, she was in a room full of college girls. They told her that they found her on the side of the road, a thing Bridhig can't remember. They asked if she can remember, but only her name. After a while staying with the girls, they took her shopping for newer and better clothes, what they didn't know that Bridhig was interested in winter clothes. All others didn't kept her as warm as the heavily build one. It surprised that Bridhig didn't over heat at all, but when she took it off, its as if she jumped into a icy river. Parts of her body was BLUE! After living at the dorms, one of the girls offered her a place to live at her new home close to the city.

Bio/Personal: Neuge was one of the few subjects that had not escaped nor did she want to. She is very obedient and doesn't like change. She sees the other subjects as her siblings and wants to bring them home where they belong no matter what it takes

Drawback: If he uses too much of his powers his skin becomes very dry to the point where it may start to peal, badly.

Jarad can be laid back at times but being a subject he isn't far from human. He still has the erages of those of a male funtion. He likes to flirt with others around him. Especially Neuge even though she is rather quiet and cold to him at times. That doesn't stop him. It wasn't sure if he stayed because of her or if he stayed because he normally followed orders well. He didn't have a problem with what they did. Now that some had escaped it was time to bring them back. Again he'd be with Neuge on this mission so there begs a question whether he chose to go because she was there or for other reasons.

Bio/Personal razz rideful man, Dr.Lock was the rival of Dr. Hart, the two never seen eye to eye. But Dr.Lock gain the upper hand when he made the scrum that cause the drawbacks for the altered child. He was never blamed for it, but praised for it; he carefully explained that it was important that there a weakness if the child ever escapes or tries to attack. When that event happen, he was there and manged to capture Dr.Hart. Getting answers and new questions, but he didn't have enough time to get Dr.Hart to talk before the guards pulled him away. After that Dr.Lock began to search for his answers in Dr.Hart's office, discovering things that nobody knows about. Unknown reports, scattered around the world and most of them are kept by Zero's mother.

Zero walked down the street with his little friend following behind him. To others it was a strange combination but it wasn't like they cared what others thought. As the days grew long and the seasons blowing by Zero thought it would be far to name the other him. The scientist never did give him a name, they always called him it or the other. No, he certainly wouldn't call him it. So as if to fit with his name he called him, Doublow. As in double o. Some times he called him D-O. He was after all a part of him. It made sense didn't it?

He took in a calming breath as he looked up into the crowd. Great. And it was heading right towards them. Acting quick the two moved as one into one of the side stores. It was kind of creepy how one acted along with the other with out a single word between them.

Zero's eyes turned to the woman that had said hello. He blinked at her silence overwhelming the room before he replied back to her. "Hello," his voice had a hint of mystery about it.

Doublow gazed up at the woman tilting his head to the side looking as cute as can be but the look in his eyes was all to knowing. He almost looked a bit curious as to why she was all bundled up. It wasn't cold out side, or at least he didn't think so. Nor was it cold in here.

Zero removed his gaze from the woman to peer into the store they had entered. She probably thought them as customers. Not really. He didn't have money to buy nice things with.

Zero's eyes shot back to her at the sound of her name. It had been familuar. So he wasn't going mad in thinking she was odd or seemed familuar to him. So this is where she had run. "I would like to know how long," he trailed off. That might have seem a bit creepy to ask her how long she had been working here. "The store is open till," he finished after a moment.

Doublow looked up at Zero and then at the woman who called herself Brighid. Ah, so she was that girl. Zero sensed it too but she didn't seem to remember them. Perhaps that was a good thing. He shivered a moment before gazing out the door. The crowd was gone, and so should they be soon.

As if Zero read Doublow's mind his eyes trailed towards the door and out side. Perhaps they could meet up with Brighid later. His thoughts started to race. Would it be fair to trigger her mind into remembering who she was? Perhaps it was best that she stay oblivious. But what if they came for her? It would be right to inform her. To help protect, yes?

"I work till close, which the shop close at 9." she said quickly, feeling the eyes of her roommate on her front across the shop behind the counter. She started to feel that they were leaving, which deep down inside she hated. She needed to know! When she was looking at the younger one, she noticed from the corner from her eye that he looked at her like, like he knows her. She needed to know if Brighid is her real name, who and where her family is, what she was like before, and all about her life.

Without even realizing, her powers soon to reawaken by the mental stress that Zero just created, tossing the match into a pile of dead leaves in a middle of a forest inside her mind. Her body heat started to go up into the average of a human being, the first step into getting her power.

"I don't kno-" Brig was cut off by her friend, somehow knowing Brig was being mentally stressed.

"Brig, I need you to check some boxes in the back room Kay?" Brig nodded like that of a loyal dog, soon after her friend left, she turn around and looked at the two, giving the very same uncertain smile before the event that changed everyone's lives. Then left to the back of the store without a word. Her friend on the other hand was watching them the whole time like a hawk. But if she didn't intervene, then the event with Brighid might have happen again.

Like Zero predicted, Brig came run into the park, an route she used to get to the library or other locations, but for some reason today she wants to see it in ashes? She slowed down her pace once seeing him and his little friend, as she walked towards them she couldn't help but wonder that terrible thought came into mind, "Sorry if I was late...my friend wanted me to close the shop." she didn't tell them take a part of her glove was burned. It was, a sudden rush, she couldn't understand it or her feelings either, but when Zero came, something deep within it's frozen cage was unlocked.

"So, can you tell me why you wanted to see me after my shift?" her breath could be seen, even in this warm weather, but Brig appears to feel fine. It was the first step into the fiery step.
