I agree on toning down Kinzard's abilities. He's too strong, too smart and able to get away with too much. Frankly, I'd be bored reading a story where there is no danger to the MC because he's basically got the power of god.
If his training is incomplete, he shouldn't be so powerful or able to kill so easily. It sounds as if he was fully trained and suddenly is just too powerful. There is no danger for him.
at first, yes there was no danger to him at all, he was smart and strong enough to get away from anything but afterwards he met Zero who worked for a mercenary organization, his strength outdid Kinzard in a frontal battle, and his smarts gave up on him. He totally got crushed. He isn't type of person who is great at that kind of battles...he got his a** handed to him. But zero made a mistake of thinking Kinzard is dead...without checking on him. Kinzard was tough...but not strong....he faced a monster made of muscles and raw strength that his state's prison couldn't cage. after Zero left...he retreated to forest...crawled...walked...limped...for 2 days...survived on eating bugs, grass, herbs...
Kinzard spotted a temple and met a monk who trained him(with reason). Kinzard now way overpowered and filled with teachings...and a strong attack called 'Wind slash' which tore through wind. Slaughtering the organisation was no pain afterwards.
after that war part comes...which he won almost alone...
with all that mass slaughters...and government treated as toys...Kinzard's name was deleted from records...the both countries sealed shut from the other world. Those two countries were deleted from map and labeled as wastelands.
After that Anarchy era in both countries begun, with weak being kicked here and there...and strong rising up above.
here Kinzard met his friends....Kirizon, Prime Outlaw, Jin.
Jin was a hater of Kinzard, planning for revenge for a long time...Kinzard killed his master in a duel and because of that...he became lone again...with anger and rage, he burned himself in vengence.
Prime-Outlaw unlike anyone else, was a great person...he was hoodlum before anarchy came...but he was still respected by everyone...his parents...teachers...and fellow friends.
Everything changed after Anarchy...He was forced to kill..to survive...he honed his skills...for about months...straight foward. Afterwards...he gained great power...he was blinded by it...he abused it...over and over...drunk on his own strength. One day he woke up in pile of corpses...a burned village...blood scattered throughout. Tears came into his eyes....for what he is doing...he slashes and slashes till they all fall, and what's left is a filthy pile of corpses. He himself was saddened about changing that much...what made his attitude...of love and laugh...turn into this?
He vowed never to give in to the current Era and make his own way. He protected a weak village without any profit for himself...and created tranquility for himself there....he loved everyone and the love was returned.
Kinzard had a fight with him, at first he won...but let Prime live...for a certain bet which stated...if he can even so much as land a hit with his sword on him. He loses. if he loses, he has to vow to never kill again.
Kinzard lost the bet and vowed never to kill.
Kirizon, A mutant freak...developed by mad scientists...who plotted to create something as superhuman as Kinzard...maybe even stronger.
In Alien arc...Kinzard fights Kirizon almost killing him in his perfect form...where he has his own consciousness. Kinzard himself being half-dead while beating Kirizon and carrying him to Heal machine which was far far away from him..
Kirizon changed after seeing that a man like Kinzard existed who noted him as a human, not a freak or monster. He dedicated his life following way of Kinzard. Never feeding on humans again and never killing.
In Alien saga, all the people meet up at spaceship...where Kinzard vs Kirizon occurs at first after they both get through some aliens. meanwhile Prime and Jin fought other aliens trying to get into the ship from east and west.
Fighting through ranks of aliens, communicating and chatting along the way...Kinzard barely made it alive fighting the leader....but Kinzard's action of not killing...Impressed everyone....they were all surprised...not really grateful though...they left as they came.
After this comes Intergalactic war saga, after that comes 'New deadly Era', after that is 'Blown to the space' and 'Welcome to hell and heaven' arcs.
After that comes 'Enter Apocalypse'.
and afterward is a total turnover in the story...'Gaia Forever'.
In intergalactic war saga... the Kinzard fights a planetary war along with Prime, Kirizon and Jin. and obviously wins...half dead though. but was healed afterwards. It was hard earned victory and a milestone for the team.
New deadly era Introduces several new STRONG characters able to whoop Kinzard's a** in a second or two. Like Priest, R the Vampire, Vargan and Qazan.
Priest led them to a new Ki elemental fight style of their own. and helped them. Priest is a vampire...not a bloodsucker anymore...but he lived a god aweful long time and seen the darkness to his face. Living as a man who ate vampire's flesh and blood...and got rejected....by the blood making him ugly....years passed and he finally got a great face,fast healing wounds...and Super Strenght
Overtime he grew up in his own ways...he gave up on fighting...and found tranquility as hermit. His element was Light which is composed of powers of all elements.
but never once he used them to fight...actually the condition of using light was itself, non-violence and peace. He only could support.
Vargan was yet another vampire, lost and junked up...he was supposed to be prince of vampires in his dimension from where all vampires came from...but he lost everything after it broke down. he lived easy life...lost in darkness..never appearing to the main world as what he is...just a small time thug.
but his power is real thing... unbelievable.
His element is Darkness, He is always lost and could never find a correct path, he can block out other Ki powers...or magic...and eat them up.
Qazan, not a vampire...he was just a bandit...who got lynched badly but got away. running like a madman he accidently ran into a tree...closing his eyes...unable to stop...he ran...and kept running....until he noticed he didnt hit anything...he ended up in other world. A fantastical world with strange creatures...weird landscape...The air around there had magical property. The more you breathe it, the stronger you get...and you may even use magic stronger than before. Years passed with him surviving there...and then he met a young man name Silver. Silver was a kind person, but Qazan wasn't. he wanted to solitarily rule that world and Silver was in way..so they both engaged in a everlasting battle.
They learned magic, they learned marital arts...anything that can be used to outdo others...they enjoyed their rivalry throughout years...they nicknamed eachother, Silver was named 'Sharpside' and Qazan was named 'Pain'.
eventually Pain killed Sharpside...in a decisive battle and absorbed his magic ridden body filled with knowledge...but didn't realise...his personality added to his own. He was now unable to do anything Greatly evil or greatly Good.
just balanced and neutral. But he ended up as a Arch-mage able to bring out disasters and a super sage who is able to totally undo almost any magic or spell.
His element was Pain, custom named....it's actually Light and Dark mixed together.
unlike priest...he is bound to -no fights- but he cannot start one.
R the Vampire, most disturbing...insane...cruel and unchangeable monster of a vampire and most saddest of them all. Driven mad by the regrets sadness and loneliness...he turned cruel...and mean....
unlike any other character... he is stubborn to the point that he'd jump in a pit then accepting his mistakes.
well of course, pit is nothing to him, for he is immortal he was a great scholar...he learned magic to extreme cores of it. To save his life...from certain death...he put fragments of his soul into his blood and transferred it there. No longer a breathing being...he became a object..he learned to co-ordinate his fragments of his souls...every drop of blood being a seprate body in itself. He took about a century to learn how to move...and fight.
.to live eternally he continued his experiments...and found that his blood can is a dominant type of blood which can take over any other bloodgroups and make them his own.
He created UNDERGROUND Valley of blood filled with blood filled with innocent people and dropped in some of his own...creating all that blood as his own.
His madness was not un-noticed by heaven or hell, Hell made a move and invited him for being candidate of King of hell. Which gave him superpowers. unlike any other vampire...R was indifferent to anything...even his own race....
but he wasn't insane enough to go rule earth...he loved watching over people's life...learning them...laughing at them...seeing them terrified.
He was readily interested in Kinzard and met him few times in all arcs...but with camouflages...where Kinzard supposedly thought he killed the person, but R was just making fun of him....his own way.... shape-shifting as his victims...After sometime even Kinzard started noticing something off.
Eventually Kinzard discovered him, He had no frigging aura at all, not a bit of sparkle of life in him Which made him be discovered
R can summon reaper, monsters, minions. Portals to hell or sometimes heaven. He can teleport too.
He stored rest of his blood stash in other dimesions in case of need.
His element was blood: Mix of Fire and water.
and Doctor Thompson, the scientist...also is shown as Kinzard's supporter who helped him throughout the arc
basically this era revealed the deadliest people on earth. Vampires who lived long enough to tell their stories. The arc ends with Kirizon eating Kinzard, and Kinzard taking over the body of dead kirizon. and gains several abilities.
next came blown to the space arc where R gets angry with Kinzard blowing his plans...and ruining his joy...he teleports kinzard to space(at this time Kinzard is fused with Kirizon so he doesnt need to breathe)
He manages to drop onto a civillized planet...and learns his legend has grown this far...about the war he fought.
He gains a spaceship as a gift for helping people of that planet and goes back to earth adventuring along the way making a miraculous entry,
in "Welcome to Hell or Heaven" arc, R being persistent to get Kinzard's will broken he kicks him into hell, but Kinzard crawls out of it alive, still persistent he throws him to heaven...from where people are tempted not to go back....but he still makes his way out
in Enter the Apocalypse arc.
R driven insane over days by Kinzard, engages a WAR. he manipulates humans to cause nuclear war...and opens hell gate, creating non stop violence. Kinzard tries to stop R with Help of Qazan...but it ends up with Kinzard going a mere shelled body unable to control his actions anymore and Qazan being frozen, R was kicked to the space right above the earth. Jin and Spark suffered death in this arc.
Time Passes through and begins,
.Gaia Forever, the Miracle arc.
In this arc, Pangea is restored, Earth is green again, extinct species are back. In this arc a young criminal named Velonz Valkerion meets Zark the berserker together they form party with bunch of friends and hunt monsters roaming around the world and they stumble upon a Jade hand man, also the one we know as Kinzard.
