Dot and I were having a discussion and we have noticed there's been an increase in tension among the members.
It's been going on for much too long now and doesn't look like it will end if we don't take action.
I am not here to blame anyone for the increase in tension and fights, only to express my concern for the matter.
Little squabbles have been made over nothing, and we have all had our share of blood boiling fights. Even if we were or were not in the fights we all feel for our fellow memebers.
That's why Dot and I think that everyone should take the time to calm down and really think about eachother.
Try too see how all of this fighting is through their eyes and see how it feels.
We should put all of our differences behind us and accpet everyone for who they are.
If they are religious, weird, short-fused, abstinent, drug users, stubborn, caring; whatever be the reason, remember that they are fellow members and friends.
We shall accept everyone for who they are and look past their peronal traits and habits. 3nodding
With that being said, I hope that everyone can just relax and get along. =D
Please do not post in this thread until Dot has posted her thoughts on the situation.

IW is right. No matter where the tension comes from, wether it be family, school, or even gaia, it's got to go.
Nobody is getting blamed, becaue it's really everybody's fault, everybody hasn't been able to let go and start new. Remember, your not the only one with feelings, the person your fighting with has them too.
So drop the drama, that is, the drama in real life, and the e-drama.
Yes, we may piss people off, people may piss you off. But to ruin a friendship, or a guild, isn't worth it.
So try to forget the past, start new, and leave the drama behind.

eek It got that bad? aaqza didn't tell me. I been busy with finals and stuff.. Forgot to come here. But yeah. This guild is for positive interactions, not fights and arguments. 3nodding People should consider other's differences. We are who we are. We can't really help it. so.. Let's be friends.

It was way to intense and over a stupid name of a thread like wow. If you can't handle yourself and feel angry then get off the comp take a breathe, relax and come back when you are ready. Don't be hatin. Good goin ladies and smart idea. I thought it was silly too, but then again I too am to blame for what happened. I set him off and it was wrong, I take partial responsability. Xous did it the first time and I guess thing sjust got outta hand. Yeah I'm not a big fan on stupid banning's. If marts had been banned I prolly woulda opened up a decication to him thread, and kept alive for as long as possible. Hahahaha 3nodding

The whole guild is at fault. I have brought my tension, and you have probably brought yours. Nobody sha'll be named, unless you want to name everybody in the guild.
