Settings: a meadow around noon time, the sky is clear.
Conditions: a friendly spar, a killing intent would be most likely not to be seeing in this situation.

Well I do not know much people here and well he seems powerful, battles is not about loosing or winning, is about becoming stronger and learning from those who are more skilled than you. Defeat sometimes is the answer to a greatest victory.

Jatai stood quietly in the meadow, his arms folded and his eyes closed as if in meditation. The grass stood still as the air was clear. Jatai slowly opened his eyes at the passing of a small wind which caused the grass to dance in its direction. It was then Jatai looked up at the sky where there wasn't a cloud visible, and the sun had risen to the highest possible point. There was no shade to stand in, and Jatai's shadow was the only one cast over the area.
"Any moment now..."
Jatai said to himself, as he waited for his opponent's arrival, while simultaneously maintaining a straight expression .

"... Haku dear child your death will not be in vain"
I jumped from a tree on the forest and walked towards the meadow. I was dragging my sleeves around the freshness of the meadow while looking for my opponent. This ought to be a good fight yet I was worried of how powerful he really was. I continued to walk until I met with him still a few feet away from his position "So I see you made it" I said to him in a soft tone while the wind began to blow moving my hair around.
"... Take pride in your name and defend it with your life ♪"

Jatai's head lowered, as his eyes' engagement in the sky was ended. Now he looked towards his opponent, expression unchanged.
"Glad to see you find me."
Jatai said, being very laconic, as he did not use too many words at this given point. Instead he took his right hand and raised it above his right ear, and fiddled with a strand of hair on his head.
"I don't want to take too much time with introductions, so I'll just cut to the point. My name is Jatai Omikami, the Uzukage of the Hidden Dawn Village."
Jatai spoke quietly, but not so softly that it was impossible to hear him. He continued to play with the strand of hair above his right ear.
"If you take me too lightly, I can assure you, the fun of this match will be rather...ephemeral."
Jatai's glance, at that moment, moved from his hair to his opponent, and he gave an extremely slight smirk.

"Nice to meet you Uzukage Jatai" I said to him while smiling a bit "As long as the introducing go, My name is Nelliel Kumori, a Tokubetsu Anbu from the Konoha Village" I said to him and opened my robe slightly letting my sword handle be visible now. "I'm not the one who take my enemy lightly and just the mention of your rank is enough to tell me I need to be cautious and not reckless" I said and smiled at him

Jatai continued fiddling with the strand of hair.
"I didn't expect you to take me lightly from my rank, rather from my rather questionable habits."
Jatai then forced his hand away from the strand of hair, his face showed little expression, though he was actually trying to give a little grin. He slowly paced the tips of his fingers on his right hand along the end of the handles of his blades, Wuyari and Weinihonto, then he brought his hand down to the handle of Kanazumé, the only sword he actually held in a sheath. He took a grip of the handle, pulling it slightly, revealing the slightest portion of the actual blade. Then, he closed his eyes and began to speak again.
"Whenever you're ready..."
Jatai slowly opened his eyes again, the color of his iris had changed from a a deep dark brown to a glowing azure blue, with three end points surrounding the pupils, the first stage of his wujigan.

"Well I guess we should get this show on the way" I said and dashed towards him keeping my right hand on my sword handle and kicked sideways at him aiming for his chest. I needed to see how good was his close range attacks in order to think of an strategy.

"No thanks."
Jatai faced towards Neliel again.
"I'll take my turn now..."
Jatai kicked up dust behind him before charging towards Neliel, leaving afterimages of himself behind as he moved extremely swiftly. He began to halt as he made his approach, lifted much more dust into the air. Simultaneously, he made an upward motion with his right arm, which held the hand of his blade, Kanazumé. It was an uppercut motion, in an attempt to bring the handle of the sword against the bottom of Neliel's jaw.

I backflipped dodging the sword then in mid-air drew mine's as well and landed flawlessly a few feet away from him. "You are quick this would be interesting" I said and charged at him with my sword behind me at all time and fiercely kicked at him aiming for his legs.

Having already made a motion that moved Kanazumé further out of its sheath, it was a simple matter for Jatai, to quickly remove the end of the blade a pierce it into the ground with time to spare. With that move, he was able to jump back onto the blade's hand, holding his hand against the handle, and his legs in the air, thus avoiding Neliel's kick.
"You're not too slow, yourself."
Jatai then pushed down on the blade, digging it a little further into the ground. Then, by grabbing the blade, he tilted it, so it stood at a slant towards Neliel. Using that blade as a propulsion stand, he pushed off the blade, to move at an even greater speed. At the same time, he extended his right leg, preparing a mid-air roundhouse kick towards Neliel's forehead.
