I have a bunch of stories about my awakening to both my vampiric and feline self. Some are funny, some cute, and some are that general, "woah." I'll be telling stories through the thread, but I'll start with one right now.
Just for reference... I started gettting really interested in vampires during production of my school's show "Dracula." I had no idea why. the next show we did, "Bye Bye Birdie," is when I really realized I was a vamp.
I was curious about blood flow, and backstage I went to a good friend of mine and felt her pulse. Feeling the blood pumping under my fingers literally hypnotized me. I leaned foward, my mouth opened, then I caught myself. I had to quickly walk away from the scene, I felt like pouncing and tearing her throat out. I feel that way a lot nowadays.

mine was rather a rough awakening. Me and my friends were in this area otu in some woods where we went to deal with issues. Being that of the metaphysical and spiritual nature. Well onthe return trip from the place I literally and excuse the term vamped out. I ended up stalkign my friend Heather. As I about pounced on her and sunk my teeth into her neck. I was able to catchmyself, and had a very close friend of mine named Jeff get between me and her. As I did not want her to knwo at the time...

Valdimyr mine was rather a rough awakening. Me and my friends were in this area otu in some woods where we went to deal with issues. Being that of the metaphysical and spiritual nature. Well onthe return trip from the place I literally and excuse the term vamped out. I ended up stalkign my friend Heather. As I about pounced on her and sunk my teeth into her neck. I was able to catchmyself, and had a very close friend of mine named Jeff get between me and her. As I did not want her to knwo at the time... yeah, apparnetly that's "the beast." i've gotten that, but not as strong...I always catch myself. today I hurt my girlfriend though. I literally tackled her neck with my teeth.

I literally tackled her neck with my teeth. it has been referred to as many things. But yes I would think all vampires of any type would succumb to such a feelign at some point in their lives. That was the only tiem that I almsot physically hurt someone. Good thign I was stil sane enough to drive my sword half way into the ground wich was mostly red clay in one thrust. That part really surprised me alot. As I am not exactelky a "strong" person to say.
