I drew a picture of Kadashi in a rain coat, booties, a yellow rain hat, gloves, and with an umbrella. THe question is if they had worn these items, would they have not been killed by what my friends and I call, The raijn of doom.

If you noticed, their cloths also burned away. So that would indicate that clothing is not good enough to protect from the "raijin of doom".

Um... I realize this is a question most likely not asked in seriousness, but no. I don't really think raincoats would've made a difference.
