Yeah, it's pretty weird, but... it's almost my 27th birthday. One more year and I'll have been out of high school for a whole decade. Now
THAT is what freaks me out. Where did the time go?
Oh hey, funny story: The poor sweet summer child that was me in 2010 was complaining about their appendix being gone at the beginning of this thread. Well... at the beginning of this year I found out I had gallstones and they decided they had to remove my gallbladder. So now I'm down two internal organs. Whee!
So over the course of the past couple months my body has basically had to relearn how to process food since it can't produce bile as effectively anymore. But I finally managed my first proper burrito and pizza these past two weeks. Feels great to eat real food again.
My life advice to you is to take care of your body so you can avoid any undue discomfort. Some things (aka both of my afflictions) can't really be avoided if they happen but there's plenty that
can be avoided so if you think you can improve your health, give it a try. Small improvement is still improvement!
