Long ago, Eons in the past, we fought a war with a strange race of beings called Angels. Both sides had fought to their fullest extent, and both sides were decimated in the course of it. The oldest records in Soul Society barely hint of it, and the oldest of the Shinigami barely remember it.
Noone that knows of the war knows what the Angels were, where they came from, or what had sparked the war that devestated the Soul Society. Those who remember it, think the Angels were a conquering race bent on subjugating the Soul Society to their will, and that they had beaten them back and saved the world.
But soon, they will know that the Angels were just as afraid, and that the Angels didn't come by their own will...

It was about noon in Seireitei, and all signs led to this being a normal day. There was bustling in the streets, the sounds of training in the Shinigami Academy, and seemingly endless paperwork for the Captains and their officers.
But suddenly a fortress began to appear in Seireitei. At first, it seemed like an illusion. The center of the fortress was off from the center of Seireitei, and the walls and cielings insubstantial, as well as the beings inside them. But quickly, the walls became more substantial, and the beings began to react to the Shinigami.
Panic swept into both races, and fighting broke out. The Captains tried to keep order among the Shinigami, just as the Archangels tried to keep order among the Angels.
But the crisis was just beginning.
(This is just a rough draft. I'll try and make it prettier.)

1. Follow Gaia TOS, that one should be a given. That means, no god modding, no flaming, no sex, and no general disrespect.
2. Please be literate. By literate, I mean punctuation, capitols at the beginning of sentences, "this for speaking" and none of *these* for actions. I also like words to be spelled correctly, since when a word is horribly misspelled, I either have no idea what the person is talking about, or it changes the whole meaning of the post. I don't really care about length, since I understand frequent writer's block.
3. Violence is encouraged and expected, but please don't be overly graphic.
4. Romance is also encouraged, but I would like cite rule number 1, and say no sex. If you absolutely must cyber, please take it to the PMs.
5. If you want to kill a character, please ask for the person's permission before you go ahead. I'd also like a heads up.
6. Please PM me your profiles, and wait to be accepted before posting. I will post your profiles. And if you could title the PMs something about Bleach, or character profiles, that would be great.
7. I am the person in charge of this thing. I can change the rules if I see the need, and I can also ask people to leave if they don't follow the rules. I'd hate to kick people out, so please follow them.
8. I'd like to have a varied cast. Let's not all be Angels or Shinigami.
9. And no Captains, or Archangels. I'd like to start with room to improve.

Bio: Aria grew up in one of the Rukongai Districts with a average back ground, but one thing that was usually was that she had better Reiryoku control in anybody in her district. But that wasn't saying much. She enrolled in the Shinigami academy when she was 15 (in looks) now she in the 11th Division and can release her Zanpakutuo.

Bio: Setsuko has always been a quiet child growing up. She is determined to be a strong individual and so has trained very hard but has continued to live Aria's shadow. This has made her cold towards Aria and some others.

Age: 217, appears 21
Personality: Darian is a Seraph, one of the elite warriors that are charged with combating the powers of Hell and that resides in the Citadel. As such, he was a gifted fighter in life and brought that gift with him in death. He tries to be friendly to all, and always enjoys a good bout. He'd boyish and fun when not in battle.
Weapon: Ramiel, the Blade of Thunder
Power: Control of Electricity and Enhanced Speed.
Bio: Darian fought and died in the Civil war at the age of 21. His death was a good, heroic death, and one meant to save those of his comarades. He hadn't led that interesting of a life, having not courted a girl, or gotten into much mischief.
He wasn't particularly fond of leaving that life behind, but he was content in the manner of his death.
It wasn't long before he joined the ranks of the Angels, and recieved his sword, Ramiel. It was a relatively plain long sword, but when Darian grew in power, it grew to be what it looks like today.
