I'll have to go with Cannibal Corpse because how shockingly morbid their album covers are. Their first two albums are banned in a variety of countries due to the graphic nature of their covers which I find (sic).

I really like Iced Earth covers. I mean, they've always got top notch artists. They're always just really aesthetically pleasing.
If you want shock value, then yeah, Cannibal Corpse is the way to go.

Mike D'Antonio(Killswitch Engage) does some pretty cool covers. He all the ones for their band as well as a couple for All That Remains and Shadows Fall.
