Villain’s Best Form Many of the Dragon Ball villains have multiple forms.
Of each villain, some forms are better than others.
Here we want to discuss each villain’s best form.
Was Perfect Cell truly perfect?
Could Fat Buu kick Kid Buu’s a**?

❛❛For Buu: Fat Buu wins. He's just so sweet. n.n
For Cell: Imperfect Cell, or the first Cell form. I don't know why, but he's so cute.

I think I'll go for British Cell thanks LOL! Imperfect cell would make me nearly wet myself when i was a kid, I was soooo petrified of him! And Frieza... I agree with Prima there, Frieza's just a little lady on steroids...

Shon: "For me I'd have to say Majiin Vegeta, Frieza's 100% Form, Metal Cooler, Imperfect Cell, Kid Buu, LSSJ3 Broly, Meta-Rildo, and Babi Vegeta if we are going off of appearances. If not then I think that the final forms are the strongest cuz that is a big DUH. Why wouldn't the final forms be the strongest."
