Alright, Listen up. I need to address some things.
Read all of this. Every bit is important, and it's honestly not that long.
Firstly, the Tournament.
My goal is to have this up and running by Friday. This is my top priority on Gaia, and after monday, will be IRL, too. I need Judges. If you want to be a judge, come forward now. Invitations to join will be sent to all active members. Remember, it will be based on Skill in RPing, not just who wins and loses. All the details for this will be given soon. Meanwhile, I want EVERYONE to bring in EVERYONE they know, and recruit AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE, who want to be in the tournament. We need members for it.
Second, the RPG I was making.
I've hit a minor snag and I'm trying to get around that, but apart from that, I just don't have the time to work on it right now, without neglecting something else. If anyone has RPG Maker VX, and wants to help out, I'd be VERY Grateful. PM me.
Third, the low activity.
With luck, the Tournament will bring in a lot more people, and give you guys a reason to be active. Otherwise, it's pretty much up to you guys to be active. Nothing good comes for free, you need to work for it a little. And how hard is it to make a thread about something you find interesting? And aren't you guys mostly RPers? Why aren't we looking for missions, so we can all RP together? I know I'm not, because I don't have the time. I'm pretty sure that at least a couple of you guys have time on your hands. So use it.
Finally, Karma/Typo.
I've decided that she's not to be allowed back into the guild. Why? Because she wiped the guild a good while back, came back, and after I stuck my neck out for her and even alienated a few of my friends for her, she pretty much just said "Ha ha, eff you." That's what I saw it as, at least. Instead of saying, "Hey, here are some problems, we need to fix them," she decided to be dramatic and leave. So now, I'm gonna be dramatic too. She's back on the black list.
Now, I want you guys to ask me any questions you have, any complaints, ANYTHING! Open forum, where we can talk, we can plan, we can decide, and we can avoid being ultra-dramatic. And, once you post here, I want to ask you all to bring in people. Anyone and Everyone you can find. Please. PLEASE.
Final note, I can't do this myself, and I feel like I'm being forced to, with support from only a couple people. Every leader needs support. The President has his Cabinet, every Dictator has a council, even Hitler had folk working with him. Now, there's about two dozen of us, and only a couple people doing anything. We should have at least half of you all doing SOMETHING productive, other than posting song titles and whether or not you've done random stuff.
I'm calling you all out on this. The only exceptions are the people who've been trying, and the people who haven't had time. You all know what category you fall into. This guild should be a team effort. This isn't a restaurant, and I'm not your waiter. We're a family and a TEAM. I want this guild to thrive SO badly. I can't do that without help.
And again, this thread is now open forum, and once you post here, or even just finish reading, I need you guys to bring in people.
