Thinking about expanding this here guild.
Inviting everyone I know to join but I dunno how I'd do that. I wish there'd be more/customizable ranks so we could keep the I/Sers standing out.
I just don't want to use up this place since I'm not the only one that funded it.
It looks like we still have about 4k in funds to make some more subforums (2.5k a piece) so that's something. I'd make some forums for WoW/Console/whatever. I just get bored and it'd be nice to have a forum to hang out in again.

I agree entirely. The only problem with Gaia is that it's such a bother to get to. It would be nice if we could somehow make the I/s a subforum, and move all of these old posts in there. That way the front page wouldn't be clogged up with deadness.
*shrug*
Anyway I vote that you should do what you like with the guild as long as the I/s history remains, because occasionally I like to skim through it. XD Otherwise... it's pretty useless on it's own.
BUT MAKE SURE THERE'S A PLACE FOR KAE B/C I GO ON GAIA FREQUENTLY. *is a nerd*

Oh for sure!
That's a good idea too. I'll make one subforum that says like "Historical" and dump all this stuff in there if that's possible and then start anew, kinda like a rebirth surprised
Edit: Or just change "important guild documents" into the historical one. I think you can rename subforums.

I'm going to guess that there's no way to mass-move threads into subforums. Moving I/s is going to be a huge undertaking.
Is there a way to lock subforums? Because it would be nice to have the I/s history stuff locked from new posts. (Without doing it all manually, thread by thread..)

Yeah you're right.... that's really gonna be a pain to move.
I guess the best way to do it would be to move everything from the last page and work backwards to the current. I think it'll auto-arrange stuff but it'll still take a while.
I'll give this a couple more days and maybe I'll start working on it then.

Ok so that really is going to take a little too long. and I can't lock a subforum without hiding it from normal members.
SO
We'll only move requested memorable threads and the rest can just hang in the main guild forum.

What is considered memorable, though? Personal threads and/or threads with high post counts?

Anything really, move whatever you want/find and just move threads if people request them.
