 This of course, is the Owlery. Where you come to get your mail. If you are expecting something important, and can't wait until the mail arrives in the great hall, or you wish to see your Hedwig, come on up here. At the great hall every morning you will recieve whatever mail you have, so if you want a letter from home, you can expect it then.
*Rules in here are the same as the rules on the home page*

Walks over to a white and brown brarred owl.
Hey, Ilya. I hear you have mail for me!
Scratches head and unties the note from her leg, then quickly reads it.
Whispers: Oh, so they finally decided to enroll him into a school, huh? Took them long enough to accept the fact.
Scowls and stuffs the note in robe pockets before heading back down.

" Will you come down here, Porthos? No I don't have a letter for you to deliver, just wanted to bring you a snack. "

Ah, hello again my precious, any word back from Aberforth? no? i swear that man still holds all my mistakes against me...*tear drops from corner of eye* ah well, thank you anyways...*gives bird a treat* It's the middle of the night now, all the students are asleep, and you should be too my Fawx, get some rest...

*sigh* I SWEAR no one EVER cleans this place! *aims her wand at the floor* Tergeo! *watches as a path is cleared of owl droppings* Now that that's taken care of, where are you, Artemis? *holds her arm out for a big snowy white owl* Alright, boy. You need to take this to Madame Rosmerta in Hogsmeade. *ties a letter and a small bag of galleons to his leg* Two bottles of her finest oak matured mead. Gonna need those for when the going gets rough...first years...I know they'll drive me to the drink. *pets the owl, watches him take flight out the window, and walks out muttering to herself*

Ah, how I love the owlery. Even if it does smell like a petting zoo.
May I borrow someone's owl? I don't have one of my own and I need to get a letter to Mr. Ollivander. I sat on my wand again and now it will only do spells if I speak backwards and say "esaelp ytterp".
