I'm pretty sure I've read about this a few times too, but I'm not exactly sure. I'll llet you know if I find out.

I'm pretty sure it's happening. It's one of the reasons why there was a pair of 3-d glasses in the Fame Monster Super Deluxe Edition. There's that and the 3-D music videos...

Well, I'm not sure and I don't want to start any rumors myself, but apparently she is going to make a Monster Ball Tour DVD in 3-D. Here's a link to a discussion that's quite interesting about the topic.
