Tsukiko blushes at the sudden eye contact. "Uh...yeah." Noticing she was staring,she looked away at a booth close to them. Then she noticed her ears and tail. "D-don't you think people will notice?" She asks and thinks that she probably got many weird looks while on the way here. Though she wouldn't know,considering she was looking at Alec the entire time. She was suddenly very glad the cafe was empty besides the workers. She tried to ignore their stares.

Alec didn't exactly understand what she was worried about, but led her to the booth she was looking at. "If you mean the shapeshifter thing, probably so..." He sat down across from her, smiling slightly. "But don't care about it too much. I mean, they probably get a lot of strange people..." He paused suddenly realizing what he said. "I mean, not that you're strange or anything."

"No,I am strange...even among other shape shifters. I can't even take full human form anymore...these ears and tail just won't go away..." She stiffs as a waitress comes over.

Not sure what to say, Alec grabs her hand. "No, there's other's like you. Plus you're not strange, and I know this is a cheesy line," He said, offering her a smile. "But you're unique. And special. And that's why I like you." Alec glanced up to the waitress, giving her a small look that meant to come back in a bit.
