Name: (give a name then can add nick name if you have one)
Alter Ego: (if u have power, what do you go by)
Species: (what kind of creature you are. Human, mutant, alien, Inhumans, Atlantean, god)
Appearance: (have to give Height, Weight, and a description or a link)
Abilities: (powers or skills you have)
Personality: (like how you behave, what you are like. Your traits and characteristics)
Short Bio: (a small background of your life and how you have come to find your self at this point and place.)
Weapons: (What you have on you and what you are trained in useing)
Job: (ONLY if you are in a group or have a rank)
Side: (good or evil or none)
Any thing else you want to add: (Anything that is something important about your character that I do not ask for but you feel needs to be included, that we should know about you.)
Then add any options you want about the char
Add Ex. 'family tree' or 'hobbies' or ‘goals’ or 'home where you came from'
