I have been working as Captain of the guild for some time now and have seen a steady decline in the activity of the guild. I realize PSO and the PS series is somewhat old and has a declining fan base, but I believe it is a game we all come back to eventually. So my question is what can the guild do to encourage your activity?
Before I had created a roleplaying subforum and went to a lot of trouble to get the PSO: Caliber Chronicles off the ground. The idea was met with disinterest, so I scrapped the project although the files still remain in the "To Be Determined" subforum. Would there be interest in reviving this project from the current guild members or is there something else you would like to see?

It'll be ok. PSP2 just came up. Maybe organize meet-ups in game? Do partner card swaps? I mean, I'm not able to play it now, but I think more meet-ups would be a good suggestion. Decline is bad, but a small, close-knit guild works much better then a large one, in my opinion, anyways. And since the game itself doesn't have the largest fanbase, that'll make it smaller. I don't think it's anything to fret over. Maybe do more announcements though. It's how I remember this one is still around.

And that was my thought to begin with. I'm more than happy with a small guild, but I want to make sure people are getting the most out of it that they can.
We've tried to have official meet ups before, but they've always been problematic since most people are in completely different time zones. That said, it is worth another shot. I'll try to come up with something. Most likely involving Zero since it is newer and seems to have the easiest system for online play.
What do you think of PS razz /PS razz 2? I just recently got a PSP (just realized how those acronyms were the same) for the Kingdom Hearts game and have been thinking about other games to play on the system.

i would love to go with the RP idea, and as for meet ups, we all just need to find a PS version we all have, and set a time to meet up

Alrighty then. I've reopened the RP subforum. Review the information there and let me know if you have any suggestions for changes in the system that I have set up. Feel free to send in profiles.
Edit: I'll also extend the invitation to everyone to begin creating new banners, logos, etc for the guild. The ones we have are old, typo ridden (dang, that was bad in a few), and have broken links in some cases. So if anyone has some designs feel free to post them here or send the info in a PM to me. I'll work on a few myself and then create a new thread for banners or maybe add it to the Rules and Guidelines to keep down the clutter somewhat.
Edit 2: Finished new animated corner banner.

It's pretty simple, just copy the form from the rules thread and fill it out and then send me the info in a PM. I'll make sure everything is all set, and then we'll get underway. I'm about to make my first post which can be used as an example for your own posts.
I also tweaked a few rules, fixed some typos, etc. Mostly pertaining to item use. Summary: Healing items are unlimited use with the caveat that you won't abuse them. I'm still working on the missions and will add more as I have time.

alright, i sent you my character info, and if you could make a sprite for him, that would be awesome, if not, that's fine, but yeah it's there, and I'm really looking forward to get this going
