I'm in love with it. The intro and outro are a little long and ridiculous though. It could do without, but the video itself was very good. You could tell SM used the same director/cinematographer who directed BoA's Copy&Paste. Haha.
And to be honest, I totally cried watching/listening to it the first time. :]

The dance is also cool, I'm really impressed.

I must say that the dancing is always awesome, but I have to say I prefer when the music video tells a story that goes along with the song, like Kiss by Dara or Haru Haru by bigbang. But still, the dancing is super cool as always. whee
