Just wanted to let everyone know, I'm in the hospital and may be there another day or more. I went to the ER with agonizing stomach pain, nausea and the like. While in the ER, it got a lot worse, and I threw up a few times. They had to put a tube down my throat down into my stomach that basically stopped me from throwing up anymore, and they did a bunch of tests. They found my stomach is very enlarged and there is swelling in my small/large intestines, so they have to keep me until they can figure out what's going on.

That sucks. I hope they figure out what's causing it and get you feeling better soon.

So, just an update. I just got back to my room after a long 4 hour test. It confirmed that I have Gastroparesis which is basically when your stomach doesn't empty properly. The question still remains "why is this happening?" since gastroparesis can be caused by a number of different causes....so they're keeping me at least until Sunday now.

Ziekara So, just an update. I just got back to my room after a long 4 hour test. It confirmed that I have Gastroparesis which is basically when your stomach doesn't empty properly. The question still remains "why is this happening?" since gastroparesis can be caused by a number of different causes....so they're keeping me at least until Sunday now. At least they know what the problem is now. So, hopefully now they will be able to fix it. ... could kick your a** !!
