These docks are where the ships are located at. Trades are made here. There is a special area designated for Bluecoat military ships. This is where Bluecoat soldiers gather before setting sail to a naval battle. This is also where pirates raid often.
Most of the Bluecoat side's ships are wooden Galleons, enchanted to be tougher and stronger, thus they are still a match for Redcoat ships.
