For the Ability "Tyranny", I thought of when a Poke'mon with this Ability, Ghost-type Moves never miss when the Poke'mon's HP is below 1/2 of its Max HP.
For "Flare Shield", it's a Special Fire-type Move that when it hits the enemy Poke'mon, the Defense & Special Defense increase by 1 Level. Accuracy is about 70%, and Base Damage is 80.
For "Overshadow", it's like a Special Ghost-type "Fake Out", except it causes confusion. Accuracy is 75%, and Base Damage is 60.
