ok, what u gotta do, is go to bills ranch, and have a crew set up. High lvl ppl. go on medium 1st.
go in with ur crew, and then kill the monsters as u go along. Fast money. At the end, after killing the zOMGS and the WTF ull get more money, and orbs.

i tryed it on ez with a crew b4 but i never try that.

Lemme try to restate it:
Go to Bills Ranch with a crew. Down by the bottom of the map is a gate. Next to it is the guard Albert. With your crew, go into Medium level first. Kill all the little zOMG's for maximum cash. At the end, there will be a WTF monster. After killing that, you will get lots of cash and orbs.
