Post anything that makes/has made you happy -- the possibility of getting a job, actually getting the job, a snowfall, smell snow/rain/flowers, a kiss, a dream, you've done well in your writing -- absolutely anything.
RTBH: I'm actually writing my novel, and I'm around 700 words in so far. More than I usually write when I just sit down and write at a computer, haha.... So I'm happy. *cheers* It's barely anything, but I just sat down and got it done, so I'm happy. biggrin

I got an internship, and my boss is amazing. <3 He loves my ideas and is clear and on the same page as me when it comes to what he wants done in the project, insists on us watching cartoons for research (I am an animator), we get free lunch, the atmosphere is very casual and relaxed, and I actually want to work.
I am also currently on a comic book high. There is something about pictures and words that tell stories about my favorite characters that just makes me all tingly inside.

Tomorrow I get to see the ultrasound machines I'll be working with for the first time. The drawback is that we don't get to actually learn how to work with them until next term. Oh well. One step at a time.

More like animator-in-training (I am still a student, and have yet to break into the industry), but pretty much yes. ^^

Psh, I totally count that as you still being an animator. And that's pretty freaking sweet. I'd love to learn how to do it, but, I have a huge problem with computers (they make me physically ill if I'm on them for any more than a couple minutes), so it isn't in my best interest right now for me to learn. :/

RTBH: Today we found out more about our year studying abroad (going to American next year from my home in England). It's awesome because it's finally getting more real.
Downside? Where the hell am I going to find $15,000?

Where in America??
RTBH: I lost my really nice coffee travel mug on the bus the other day. Today, I called the bus service, and somebody had turned it in! I escaped near tragedy right there. If I couldn't have coffee in the mornings (I'm always in a rush to get out the door) I'd have probably died.

I have a new thing to add to my list. This comic made my day. I found it over an hour ago, and I am still giggling. <3

I'm starting a writing journal. Not necessarily a piece writing one either, though I figure I can use it for that in part, but just to write down observations that I keep noticing.
They commit themselves to my memory and keep me up at night. Always thinking Dx

I thought I was not switched when I was supposed to (I need a certain class to graduate). My schedule said I was in a different class. Turns out, the system just did not update, and I am indeed in the right class. <3

I know. It would have been the school's fault if I missed my class (due to some IRL issues, I missed a lot of class last quarter, and I cannot afford to miss one outside of an absolute emergency this quarter). I have to prove that I will not have the same issues I had last quarter (yes, they were legitimate reasons, though some were my fault for not signing out properly, even though I was there), but it is NOT my fault if I miss because their schedules are screwed up.
Fortunately, both teachers were understanding about the mix-up. I was counted on-time.
