Yeah. Not only money, but time. Midway were hardasses with their schedules. And yeah, I was always happy to see that they say, "The game will be released on this date" and it always did. But at the same time, the past few MK games could have used a lot of polish. And now, they have the opportunity to say, "Well, we can make it even better if we get more time," and WB says, "Okay, make it better, then."

Where'd you read that. Sounds a little unreliable. I mean, I know that they always said they created Stryker, because they wanted to put in like a "normal guy" without any kind of special abilities. Which is why all his stuff is practical, guns, grenades, etc.

Oh god... The MK Wiki... It's a horrible source. In Deception's Konquest mode, when you talk to Reptile who's roaming around the Living Forest, he says, "Leave me be!" Now, one of the admins at mortalkombatonline.com made this fake pic:  And the MK Wiki cited it as official and said this:

haha thats hilarious. but you know I always liked Kabal. He was pretty nifty and a b***h to fight sometimes. But I never liked Stryker. He was just.....eh....I mean they already have Johnny Cage. isn't he technically the normal guy since he's just a movie actor? But I never really liked Johnny either. Or Lui Kang XD hahah I know I know I'm horrible. I don't care. I have many other favorites.

That ended up turning into a green... plasma projectile... In any case, I guess they felt like he already had something abnormal about his fighting. I liked Stryker's design. I mean, riot cops are awesome. I was a little disappointed that they didn't bring back his original outfit in Armageddon. His haircut was different, though. The actor they picked was kind of meh. Kabal... I liked Kabal. He always had this mysterious backstory to him, all we really know is that he was in league with the Black Dragon, and then Shao Kahn's squads messed up his face. I think Kabal could have a successful adventure game of his own. At least story wise.

Biohazard EXTREME I liked Stryker's design. I mean, riot cops are awesome. I was a little disappointed that they didn't bring back his original outfit in Armageddon. His haircut was different, though. The actor they picked was kind of meh. If his alt didn't have him wearing a mask that would've been pretty good since he was still wearing a variation on the blue shirt underneath.

Yeah, but it still wasn't the classic, "Riot Cop" look. I mean, neither of his outfits was something you'd walk the streets in, that's what I mean. He could in his original uniform. Everyone would be like, "Hey, there's a cop." Now it's like, "Hey there's a guy from the future."

Because...well...I mean, I don't really see how you could get "cop" from his original appearance unless someone had already said as much.

Well, not your typical patrol cop, obviously. He's a riot cop. But still, it doesn't look like he's in the middle of a bank robbery mission. Yeah, he's got the combat boots and pants on, but the T-Shirt made him look at lot more informal.
