AGH! I LOVE SO MANY SHOUJOS!...but I guess Heart no Kuni no Alice....which GREATLY competes with Skip beat! but if I had to choose main characters I would pick Kyouko over Alice :/ and if I had to pick over men...well I'm sorry Ren but Ace is win *q* heart

Dakishimete! Noir I love this one! It only has one volume, but its still a great read, especially if you like scifi and cats!

Yeah for sure this is a hard question to answer lol I have so many that I like and to juts choose one for the top spot not easy lol.
Mine has actually changed.
Even though i love High school debut I love Dengeki daisy too!! and so many more.

Hayate No Gotoku is a romantic comedy, so I'm not sure if that would count.

If it's romance then it's Maison Ikkoku all the way!! I just loved it so much crying So annoying but still so freaking sad when it had to end..
Hm other good ones... Karen's First Love, Daisy, AB... hmm Happy hustle high rofl
