So what do you expect the sequel's, if they ever do release one, plot to be?
I'm thinking that maybe it'll drift away from the characters of the original TWEWY with a bit of references to them. But that's if the story will stay in Shibuya.
If it does leave the Japanese city, then that would allow for more characters to RP with, instead of the fanfic-like obsessions with Sho, Josh, and Neku. It would create a new plot, perhaps a different style of Reaper's Game.
What do you guys think?

I never thought about the story straying from Shibuya, but that's actually a pretty nice idea. If the city is from Asia, Europe, or one of the Americas, it could really add a new "feel" for the overall style, while still keeping the general idea that TWEWY art revolves around. If it does leave Shibuya, and the new city is out of Japan, I think it'd be best if the old characters weren't mentioned more than, maybe once. Only because it wouldn't feel very revelant to mention the characters. I'd love for the focus to be on the fresh, new characters hatched straight out of the RG of whatever city they're from.

Yeah, and if they really wanted to incorporate the original, that could be part of the bonus chapter I'm assuming they're going to add to the end as they did already. Also, aside from whether or not the cities change, perhaps they'd add some RG action? I don't know what with the RG, but I feel there needs to be some interactivity with it in-game.

It would be nice if there was more to the RG in TWEWY's plot than Reaper Creeper and memes. I'm not saying add a new "game" to interfere with the lives of those living in the RG, that wouldn't change much. But to get to know the lives of the RG characters besides being minor would be nice. I'm not really sure how you'd do that without completely straying from the main storyline, however...

Nice idea, but it's too commonly thought up now for it to stray from Shibuya at least in my oppinion. Square Enix probably has something cool planned out if they do decide on another though, yet at the same time that would make sense because Neku, Beat, Shiki, did just come back to life. They might some odd way of getting some of the original characters back into it but I don't know. Maybe Joshua wants a rematch, remember watching the secret report true ending did make him seem disapointed. Perhaps there will be some other sort of game made with the Composer in Shibuya aside from the Reaper's game. It's kind of funny to me how they didn't go into as much detail about the divine realm as they did the UG so do you think that could be used in some way to start a weird RG based story? confused It probably could keep it's reasoning somehow this way. At any rate I've restarted the process of writing that fan fiction manga thing I wrote where it's based in Manhattan. I got a touch pad and a manga program that makes it feel pretty close to usinng your hands.

Ah you started the story again, I'm excited to see the first part that you post. It WOULD be cool if SE went into more detail about the divine realm in the sequel. I kind of want to see what happens to Hanekoma, too. If they wanted to keep generally the same setting, perhaps SE could show more of the divine realm by using Mr. H's perspective. I really love his personality. "Heyy, Phones!" "Huh..?" "Oh sorry, wrong you."

I have really high hopes for whatever they come up with, I mean this is the people who made FF and KH. But any possible conflicts that come from it may be from gameplay, primarily from being on the Wii. It just doesn't seem compatible.
