Pokemon:

Umbreon (starter) holding an item which I haven't determined:
EVed in Speed and HP
Mean Look
Yawn
Substitute
Baton Pass

Smeargle Holding a Choice scarf:
EVed in Speed and HP
Trick
Ingrain
Spore
Baton Pass

Ninjask Holding a focus sash maybe:
EVed in Speed and HP
Protect
Substitute
Swords Dance
Baton Pass

Vaporeon Holding an item I haven't determined:
EVed in Def and SP.Def
Aqua Ring
Substitute
Acid Armor
Baton Pass

Scizor Holding an Item I haven't determined:
EVed in Def and SP.Def
Iron Defense
Swords Dance
Substitute
Baton Pass

Snorlax Holding Leftovers:
EVed in Sp.Def and HP
Sleep Talk
Rest
Crunch
Body Slam

This team starts with Umbreon who uses mean look to trap their starter pokemon. Then uses Substitute to protect himself from any exploding pokemon. Then uses Yawn to Put said pokemon to sleep and Baton Passes.

Smeargle is Next who immediately uses Trick to Swap the Choice Scarf with said pokemon to trap them using the same move over and over again. Smeargle will use Ingrain and Spore if Need be. Maybe even substitute then baton passes.

Ninjask is next. His job is to alternate between protect and substitute to raise the speed of the team. If he gets a chance he will use swords dance to take some of the edge off Scizor later. Baton passes with enough of a speed boost.

Vaporeon is next who uses Aqua ring and does acid armor as many times as I see fit and baton passes.

Scizor then uses Iron defense or Swords dance to pick up any last needed boosts and baton passes.

The last stop is Snorlax who wipes the floor with all 6 of my opponents pokemon.

I am looking for any flaws in my team. Obviously Umbreon needs to survive to set everything up. I know that if my opponent starts with a pokemon that knows whirlwind, I will be screwed. And if the trapped pokemon knows explosion, I will hopefully cover that with a substitute. Can you see any others?

It seems very difficult to pull off. And like you said a Whirlwind or Roar will screw the strat. Having only one Pokemon with offensive moves isn't the best idea. Even a Perish songer could screw Snorlax over at the end of all the passing. Then you'd have to start from square one. Not to mention Destiny Bond. Then all you have is a bunch of stat boosting pokemon.

It's better to use one or two passes and the rest are back up..

Umbreon is a great passer
Ninjask is an obvious passer
Smeargle and Vaporeon work fine for passes too. Try and give at least scizor some offense, and Vaporeon just in case

5/10 Okay.

You are missing the point. Snorlax is going to be faster than everything in the end. And as long as their starter does not know Whirlwind, I can pull it off. No one is getting the fact that almost everything in the end will be OHKOed by Snorlax. That is the point

Not necessarily. Ninjask usually only has time for about three speed boosts.. at least when I fight it..

The swords dance then the protect. The foe should wake up and you'd probably want to pass by then. lest suffer a painful death. Once again many variables are possible. Priority moves, Focus Sash. Snorlax is slow, and you aren't putting any speed ev's into him so his speed won't be THAT high. A Ghost Pokémon should outspeed it enough to Destiny Bond. Not taking into consideration Choice Scarf.

I'm just saying, too much passing may not be the best way to go. Given the right circumstances it would probably destroy an entire team. But really, if Snorlax goes down, you've got nothing left. You see what I'm getting at?

But try it out. If it works, more power to ya.

Another point though is, as Tentae stated, priority moves and focus sashes are going to end you when used properly (and they are very frequently used).
It just sounds like you're getting a bit defensive. If you put something up for critique, you're inviting criticism. We're just here to offer advice because you asked for it, not to beat your ideas down. Honestly, I think your idea is pretty clever; there are just a few things you need to keep an eye out for that will trip you up.
For example, you can do all that setup, but my Infernape with Focus Sash will 2HKO Snorlax with Vaccuum Wave even if you pull off all of those passes.

EDIT:
I just noticed another issue you might encounter. It's rare, but it will happen if you battle with this team enough. When Smeargle uses Trick, be sure to keep an eye out for the defending pokemon using Choice Band or Choice Scarf. That would stop you from being able to use other moves, thus losing the passing benefits and you'd have to start over from square one.
