Aaaah, Ive gotta go do some reasearch to dig upp my favourites -
but off the top of my head I would say,
In alabasta - when we see Ace for the first time and smoker comes along and then luffy flies into his back smashing smoker into ace whee

xDD So~ many things.
My favorite one is probably when the crew was on their way to Drum Island and Luffy wanted to punch Wapol's ship. Zoro told him not to, so he was all "Okay, then I'll kick it! 8D" And then Zoro punched him. xD

I like when luffy and enaru first fight and enaru hits luffy with three big electric attacks and it does nothing. it's also funny how clueless luffy can be like calling alvita ugly and calling buggy big nose.
