i saw the first live performance on AKBingo! and the song is not that bad after listening a couple times.
It brings a new element to standard girl idol jpop.
Still needa see the real PV and Maeda Atsuko's crazy screaming in the middle o_o;
Overall, i prefer Heavy Rotation more than this single :l still good nonetheless.
won't be as good as momusu's new single, i can feel it!

This single is so close to MM's it's almost funny. xD
I LOVE THIS SONG. First AKB song I've ever been excited about. It's outside of the norm for modern day idol music (it's still a generic pop song, but for AKB, it's excellent).
The PV is lame because I was expecting something a little more Battle Royale-esque, not lame video game graphics. And they've had to censor it, too. >.> They'll still probably include it with the single, but still. I started off really excited but I've ended up a little disappointed.
It's gonna sell like crazy, though. Morning Musume won't sell nearly as much, even though the songs are so similar. AKB is everywhere here. (Even on the street; one of their studios is by my school, and people keep on seeing the members walking by)
At least it's not as annoying/boring as Heavy Rotation. God, I hated that song. xD

I liked Heavy Rotation xD then again... I liked RIVER -shot-
I really hope Morning Musume outsets AKB by a long shot, they deserve this sososoososo much. AKB does too but Morning Musume needs the amazing sales~ :'D I love their new single and I really haven't heard Beginner besides when I watched the CM because a lot of H!O users were complaining about it, haha.
I think if I saw Sayaka or Takamina walking buy I would totally ask for a photo -shot-

Seeing morning musume make 100k would be a dream come true <3 i have to say, im a little jealous that akb gets 600k but they deserve it with how much they're producer is putting in to them atm. but yuh, morning musume, i just want them to grow from the golden age and move on to the platnium age.
tomomi itano bothers me SOOOOOOOOOO MUCH. B( she used to be so cute, but this nightmare phase i will refer to it from now on is horrific, i'm surprised she has so many fans. but i feel the same way for maeda atsuko, watanabe mayu, and a little for shinoda mariko.
i think it was miyazawa sae, but ayano satou (H!P egg) look so similar with her! i was so surprised o_o

Giant question! Who is the team A captain? Some say it's Atsuko yet other sources say its Minami...

I believe Minami Takahashi is the team A captain, as well as sometimes AKB captain (because of vocal talent way back when they debuted). Maeda Atsuko is only the front girl for AKB (or was, Yuko is so much cooler.)
Yuki Kashiwagi is Team B and Akimoto Sayaka was team K, up until her very recent dating scandal, in which case she resigned.

I was just kinda confused because some said that Atsuko was and I was like "...wait, what...?" but it makes sense now : )
I wish Sayaka was still captain of Team K~ she was a kickass captain. I read about her scandal and became shocked because there are sources on both sides that could stick up for each of them saying that there was no relationship.

Ikr? and she was completely chill about the scandal. Usually they go in to hiding for a couple weeks and the release a statement. I mean, sayaka made it plausible with her response and yeah, other articles saying she didn't make it even more reasonable that she didn't. i personally dont think she did anything like what the media is saying.

Sayaka is the only member I care about. Or know. With the exception of Maeda Atsuko because she's the center, Takahashi Minami because she stood out to me when they were still pretty unknown, Minegishi Minami because I sang as her in a groupdub once before and she has a really distinct face, and Itano Tomomi because she's EVERYWHERE here. And my friend bumped into her on the street. 8D But yeah. Sayaka is my favorite and she is fierce and I really respect her.
She's on the cover of some hobby magazine or something, and I always want to buy it, just because it has her on the cover. >w>

I don't blame you~ when I first saw AKB48 it was for RIVER and the only two that stuck out to me was Sayaka and Takamina. They bring something to AKB that makes it better ^^; Sayaka just has this personality that I just admire! She's strong, determined and fierce. Yet she's cute, sexy and just really adorable xD;

...I watched a morning talk show AKB was on a few weeks ago. >.> For some reason, when Team A and Team B were being interviewed and anything important was said, they'd start screaming like they had just won a billion dollars or someone had been shot. It was really annoying. But Team K was so relaxed and cool. Gave my ears a break. 8D
