Excuse me, two things are wrong with your assumption. One, this is the internet and unless we are going to go against our firm beliefs and do something illegal then your first point is mute. Number two, the facts are that we are not forcing or containing any information that we did not already obtain through the legal ways otherwise known as you providing.

Number one: this is the INTERNET, therefore it states whatever comes onto here is allowed to be viewed by anyone. It is extremely hard to take the stuff off - completely. Why do you think that perverted men and women are caught from the police?

Number two: We are not going to comment crime - or anyone who does will have to deal with me. -shrugs- Sorry, guys, just can't stand criminals. We are not going to go into any illegal feild to obtain your information. And why should we? You either want to be a part of us or you don't either way. Now, to reassign your case. Your case is what found to be an illegal deformation of character. It simply means, that you accused someone of being something when they were not and put down their persons. Therefore, you want to say something like that - then just know what your getting yourself into.
