I already know about how she caused the Trojan War, but I was wondering if anyone knows any other legends. If you can't that is okay. Oh yeah. I also heard that she steals a few souls enlighten me if I am wrong. I just heard that she did from someone that I know. I have never really done any research on it so...you tell me.

Eris definitely doesn't steal souls. Also the name "Eris" seems to be the name of two Goddesses. She is very rarely mentioned outside of the Trojan war, infact before hearing the story of the Trojan war I didn't even know about her.
If you want a little more information than that wikipedia is a good place to go. They have lots of information.

No, nothing about soul-stealing. Yes, she started the Trojan War because she was not invited to the wedding of Peleus, King of Thessaly, and Thetis, future mother of Achilles and therefore introduced th "To the Fairest" apple into the equation.
All else that I can find is that she's goddess of strife and discord (wonder why?) and sister and companion of Ares.

Even though there aren't many mythical references to her, there are many, many modern uses for her...some of which are...disturbing (ie: The Grimm Adventures of Billy and Mandy) X(

Oceanus When Ares goes to cause war Eris follows him bringing Chaos then she is followed by Ares' consorts Phobus and Deimos (Pain and panic) I'm sorry, but that so reminded me of the two little demon imps in Disney's Hercules XD

YES!
Here's what happened...
She threw the golden apple among Athena, Hera, and Aphrodite, yelling, "To this belongs the fairest!" They get into a big scwabble, and Zeus calls upon Prettyboy Paris to judge who is the fairest. They all promise him different things if he chooses them:
Hera promises Power and ruler of Eurasia
Athena promises to make him the wisest man ever
Aphrodite promises him Helen, the most beautiful woman ever. (She was unaware that Helen was married...)
So yeah. Paris chooses Aphrodite as the fairest and she has her son Eros shoot Helen with a love arrow. So she runs off to elope with him......
AND POOF! *Insert beginning to Trojan war here*
