Volos plodded up the steep slope that lead from his home to the crystal lands. He had come here before, but he had been alone then. He tossed his fiery mane and froze at the fact that Chernbog growled. The small goat like creature was nestled in a custom fit bed on his back. They had been together many many years... since Volos was a small foal. The broad Aeri stretched his wings and smiled lightly. It was good to be out of the gloom of hell.
Volos walked to a small pool of water... He dipped his large head. At that moment Chernbog growled and slid to the ground. "Volos! Did I tell you you could stop?"

 Carrying herself lightly through the tree Belakane was enjoying a beautiful day away from her duties. She had even managed to slip away from her personal guard for a few moments and was indeed truly free. It was all perfect, or it was up until she say a large Aeri and Zrun at a watering hole she wished to drink from. Well she was a princess and these filthy commoners would need to move out of her way or suffer the consequences. Prancing up to the pair, Belakane stopped short of them, not wanting to get too close to such lowly creatures.
"Move aside brute, I wish to drink." She addressed the stallion though her eyes ticked to it's companion for a moment. How odd that they looked so much like each other. All the same they were in her way and needed to move before she got angry.

Volos' head shot up to look at the mare that set herself behind them. He glanced at a place just slightly down the way from them and then glanced at Chernbog. He was used to orders coming from the little creature... but from other Nequus? He had barely met any other Nequus. Just his family and a few of the hell horses. He stared at the mare. His eyes squinting slightly.
Chernbog Growled. "Who... do you... think you are... I give the orders around here." He leaped back to his soft bed. At that moment Volos started to move to let the mare pass by. "Don't move Volos." The large black stallion froze. "Yes,Sir." He glanced at the mare. "Sorry Miss..." He stood, his bulky body blocking her path.

Belakane's eyes narrowed at the small creature as he spoke to her. She did not invite him to speak. Was the Zrun telling this large brute to stay in her way? Sine when did familiars boss Nequus around? It was simply unheard of. "Excuse me!" She addressed the small Zrun who now sat atop the Aeri. "How dare you!" It was extremely rare for her to have anyone not bow to her every command.
"I said move aside you ungrateful oaf!" Belakane stamped her left front hoof upon the ground. "Just who do you think you are blocking a water hole?" She didn't exactly want to share the water hole with him, or any Nequus for that matter, but perhaps addressing this issue would at least get them moving. Then once they were out of way she would deal with their insolence.

CHernbog sat up a bit straighter. "Volos...I said don't move" Volos hadn't shifted a muscle but the command still came. He watched the female with big blue eyes. "We could share..." His voice was small as he addressed both the Zrun on his back and the vision that stood in his sight. "Its a large water hole."
The Zrun made a snorting sound. "She would rather us simply walk away and not share... when we were here first." Chernbog glared. "No! we stay...she can chose to wait or find another place to drink."
