Siwa yawned. The sun was high in the sky and the humidity was low. Her wings stretched lightly to the sky she would have purred had she been a cat. She looked from the brilliant blue sky to the green grass below her hooves.
Deciding that she was hungry she lowered her head and took a bite of that luscious green grass. She didn't know... and probably didn't want to know, what made the grass so tasty here... She sighed...
The day was perfect.

He was grateful that the day was so nice, it meant that he could leave his brother Blaire alone cause their older adoptive sibling didn't much care for the sunlight. Shaking out his own man, getting the small dew drops out of their curly locks. Paladin looked around at the large world about him. He was smaller then all the other bae that he had seen around the valley. he could thank his brother for that indignity, being that he and his mate had kicked him around as a fruit and foal.
With a shake of his head, the small bae put the thoughts out of his head. It was too nice of a day to be thinking such thoughts. such things should be banished from the mind, closing his pale green eyes, Paladin wandered farther from his home and his brother. He would be back by nightfall. Stretching his wings some, Paladin headed faster, trying to escape the ever thoughts that plagued him. As he was wandering, he didn't happen notice the mare he was bound to bump into.

Siwa was no large mare. However, her reason was more genetics then abuse. Her parents were small in their own right. Siwa took another bite of the lush grass.
The wind blew through the trees, howling just loud enough to mask the hoof beats of the approaching stallion. She took a small step forward and literally bumped into the coming Bae.
Jerking her head back she let out a gasp. How embarrassing. She tossed her head and shuffled her feet. "Im so sorry... I wasn't looking...." She blinked.

Paladin jerked away, ears falling back against his head as he watched the strange bae. His wings fluttering over his shoulders, he watched her. She didn't seem as tall as the others, like himself. Perhaps she had someone torment her as a little one too? With a shake of his head, bright green eyes watching her for a moment longer. "I don't think that either of us were looking where we were going.. Miss." his voice was heavy, one that had shattered through the long years of torment.
"But my mind was on other things. Mostly..." He shook his head. "Nah, its not important. Not on a nice day like this. Wrong thoughts always make things worse." He rambled some looking to the sky, watching the lazy clouds roll past unhindering the sun's way

Siwa calmed her self. She felt the wind rustle her clear wings. She watched the stallion carefully. 'Miss...' She smirked. "Siwa... The name is Siwa..." She flicked her tail.
"It must be important... If it can take possession of any part of yourself then it is important..." She smiled. "So if its something you want to talk about... Im willing to listen... I may not have any stories to relate to it... But im a good listener." The female had always been flighty and now was no different.
