'I <3 K2' presents: "The Tale o' the Haunted Jonas Party."
Happy Halloween Kevin-girls! wink (And Kevin-boys!)
Did you know that Halloween happens to fall just days before Kevin's birthday?
Raise your hand if you think this calls for a celebration!!
Good, good.
Well then, I've decided to take quite the interesting angle with this...
You're going to contribute to a story that will write our way through various party activities and what-not.
Be prepared to think, as any wrong turn might just take something off the map completely!
So, boils and ghouls, buckle your coffins because you're in for a crazy ride! >D

 Once upon a time...
When I was a younger Gaian still in high school, I decided that, for Halloween, I would start a Charity/Quest thread in the Chatterbox... My thread became quite popular as I happily gave away avatar art* and items and I also happily received items... My thread became sort of a fun, Halloween hang out, and thus, I decided to continue it throughout the years... This year, however, I've not had much time to open it, and so I'm only going to do it for an exclusive few--my 'I <3 K2'ers!! Thus, giving me the opportunity to extend this event by merging it with Kevin's birthday! I'm not sure how long this will last, it could even go on past his birthday, but for now, this is where we are, and who knows where we're going... *Some of my contest prizes in '[Happy Halloween!] [.Natsuki.]'s Halloween Charity/Quest!' Rules... The rules are quite simple: --I will tell you part of the story, and then there will be a topic you can vote on to tell me what should happen next. It will be like multiple choice. The choice with the most votes will then be used to decide the storyline's fate... --All situations are fictitious, all is made up for fun, my disclaimer is anything that isn't mine, isn't mine! Storyline...
Part One.
Once upon a time a rock band known as the Jonas Brothers were traveling around South America, putting on a show for all of their South American fans...
With Halloween quickly approaching, as well as eldest brother Kevin's birthday, there was much planning to be done between the younger members of the band, Nick and Joe...
"What should we do for Kevin's birthday, didn't he mention something about wanting a horror/mystery theme party, with costumes and stuff? Like, something you'd do for Halloween?", Nick asked, digging through a box of old party things.
"I don't know, how are we gonna top last year anyways?", Joe asked, remembering their party last year--They rented Six Flags Over Texas and rode everything in the dark, making for a very spooky environment for Kevin and his guests...
"Well, we could rent a yacht and plan a haunted cruise!!", Nick said, excitedly.
"That sounds like an awesome idea!! Or, I got it, we could rent out The Stanley Hotel and host a ghost-hunting party there!!", Joe suggested.
"We could always have a campfire in the middle of the woods, and we can rent a cabin out there and spend a few quiet nights, just being a family of whoever Kevin wants to come!!", Natsuki, the host of Kevin's fan club who was spending a bit of time with the guys, (who she was friends with) suggested...
"All of those ideas are good...", Nick groaned...
"How are we gonna pick one?", Joe asked, right as Kevin's wife, Danielle, walked in.
"Pick one what?", she asked, sitting down beside him.
"The boys are trying to plan Kevin's birthday...", -Suki explained, "So far we've got these ideas: A.) Rent a yackt and plan a haunted adventure-cruise.
B.) Rent The Stanley Hotel for a night and plan a ghost-hunting adventure in one of the most supposedly-haunted locations in America.
C.) Have a campfire in the woods, and rent a cabin out there, to spend a few quiet nights in the middle of nowhere, on our own, without the stresses of civilization...
but we can't seem to pick the perfect idea because they're all good!!", she said.
"Yeah, they are all good, hey, I know, why not let the Kevin fans decide the perfect way to celebrate his birthday?", Danielle suggested.
"That's a great idea!!", Joe said, "And maybe they can even give us some other ideas for what we could possibly do, the best suggestions could get a prize of some sort..."
"I could give them Jonas-related art, they usually like that kind of thing!!", -Suki suggested, "Or perhaps some credit in the fanclub, or maybe a mystery prize!!"
"It's perfect! Nick said, "We're sure to make this the best party ever with all of their help!! And Kevin would be so happy to know we included the fans in our decisions!!"
And thus, Natsuki wrote to 'I <3 K2':
Hey Kevin-fans!! =D
I hope everyone is having a spectacular Halloween!!
Nick, Joe, Danielle, and I need your help!
We need you to help us decide exactly what we're going to do for Kevin's birthday, you can also PM me with any potential ideas you may have for us [the storyline too!] and if we use your idea, we'll send ya' somethin' shiny!!
I've posted a poll asking you which event you think that we should do for Kevin's birthday!! Tell us AS SOON AS YOU CAN! We gotta start planning!! smile Thanks for all your help!!
Here are our ideas:

Part Two."Nick, I'm sorry but, nobody liked your idea, and my idea and Joe's idea pretty much tied...", -Suki informed the group, Nick pouted. "My idea was awesome!", Nick argued--the rest of the group just shrugged.
"Renting the Stanley Hotel will be A LOT more expensive, and there might already be people planning to stay there...", Joe said, changing his mind a bit.
"So, bonfire? I'm sure you guys could appreciate a break too!", Natsuki said with a smile, "I'm glad that the fan club could help us decide!!"
Soon the group was dragging Kevin to the mystery destination--a place none of them had actually seen before--located deep within the state of Arkansas...
"I think that's the cabin, that way!", Natsuki said, pointing to a dirt road. They started down the road, but half-way there they heard a loud POP!. And with that, a tire was gone...
"GREEEAAAAATTTTTT...", Nick complained, definitely not appreciating the natural beauty of The Natural State--especially not at thirty seven degrees...
"Don't worry, we're only like a couple of miles away! We can walk there!!", -Suki said. The others didn't seem so enthusiastic, they all groaned.
Two hours later, everyone made it to the top of the very steep hill they had to hike up, all carrying there things. This definitely was not Kevin's best birthday so far... Dani hugged him, "Don't worry, we've got something awesome planned...", she said, kissing his cheek. He smiled.
Joe pulled out his cell phone, planning to call someone to pick up the car... "No bars, there's absolutely no service out here, what are we gonna do?", he asked. "I'm sure the cabin has an emergency phone inside that we can use!", Kevin said, cheering up a bit.
The cabin was beautiful on the inside and outside. It was much more like a lake-side mansion! The living room was well-lit, with automatic lights that lit up as you walked through. There was also a guest cabin, across the lake, with a similar design. Both had huge glass windows so that you could clearly see the lake--the windows served as the wall... Upstairs were two bedrooms-the master bedroom and a guest room with two twin beds. The couch was leather, the television was huge. The kitchen was packed with everything Natsuki had specified and it was spacious and organized. The floors were beautiful hard wood. There was also an indoor pool and spa, which was equally as impressive--including a fountain flowing to both. At the center of the house, there was also an indoor bird garden surrounded by glass.
"Wooahhh...", Natsuki said, "I could get use to a place like this..." Everyone agreed. "It's beautiful, guys!", Kevin said, hugging them all, "We're gonna have the best week ever!"
"Meeoooowwwww...", Kevin heard behind him. He looked back at the atrium and saw a little black cat, pawing at the glass. "Meeooww...", it repeated.
"Kevin?", Dani asked, noticing something was distracting him, she couldn't see the kitten. "What are you looking at, babe?", she asked, taking her hand.
Kevin looked at her for a minute, then back to the floor--the cat was gone, just like that. "N-Nothing, I thought I saw something, that's all...", he said, smiling. He kissed her lightly before joining the rest of the group, he decided against dwelling on the thought of the cat...
Natsuki looked at Nick and Joe, "Check it out!", she held up some graham crackers and some marshmallows, "They packed everything we asked for! S'mores, Burgers, Hot dogs, and Chips!! They even ordered the cake we asked for, it's in here!", she said, pointing to a sealed cabinet.
"Awesome, this really was a great idea! There's literally nobody out here though, no one at all...", Joe said, both excited and slightly uncomfortable. "Yeah, but that's what makes it interesting--it's all new and kind of scary!!", she said happily.
"Yeah, but why was this place so cheap if it's so awesome? Why didn't anyone want to rent it?", Nick asked. The other two shrugged, "That gives me kind of a bad feeling about it, maybe we should do some research...", he added.
"I'm gonna go hook up my laptop to the draggy, land-line internet and message the fan-club, so they can know the details. Think I should ask them anything?", she asked.
"Yeah, ask them what we should do first:

B.) Hike. Getting to know the area is important. Plus, we need to find the perfect place for the campfire!! This has GOT to be Kevin's best birthday ever!!
C.) Pick rooms. Unpack, organize, and prepare for a fun trip--that should always be the first step. We should all pick our rooms and go our separate ways for a bit, that way we can all have some space to collect our thoughts and just relax a bit.

The majority of you chose either Joe's idea or mine, and so we went with my idea because it was easier and cheaper! xP
Anyways, we need your help again!
We had a bit of bad luck, the car broke down on our way up, so we're a teensy bit behind schedule, and we need to know what you would do first to catch up! Get back to us soon so that we can be sure to have everything ready for the party! If anybody might have any idea as to why this cabin was so cheap, PM me, it's kind of got us a little uneasy because it is absolutely beautiful but sooo reasonably priced--yet, nobody was staying here... It's like, the grim reaper lived here or something, you know? Jk... We're gonna try and look into it, but if you have any leads, be sure to PM them to me!! smile If I get some pretty good information from you and you read about it here, you'll be getting a prize!! Thanks for all you help again, you guys are the best and thanks to you, Kevin's gonna have the best birthday EVER!! <3

Okay...
This shouldn't be as one-sided as it's turning out right now...
I'm NOT, and I repeat, NOT gonna finish this event if I don't get any entries in the other contests. Yes, the writing one is both fun and easy, but the other ones are important too! I've only had one entry in any of the contests! sad
