So, while trying to give out prizes in the Halloween Giveaway, some people don't have trading passes.

What. The. Crap?

How do you get anything done on Gaia with your avatar if you don't have a trading pass?
You can't even buy something from the marketplace or recieve gifts!

And we can't give you prizes for our contests if you don't have one.
So why enter?
I guess I havea new rule for all of my contests.
One I never even thought about for the smallest moment.
