As for what this means for wrestling, we can only speculate at this point. I figure they'll keep the PG rating, but they might push the limits of that a little more. They'll also presumably keep the ban on chair shots to the head and other bans that could injure the heads and necks of the employees, but they'll probably lighten up a lot more on the no-blood policy...only stopping it when it's really out of control (like when Punk was busted open and needed staples in his head).
I think it will eventually get to a point where they can move back into PG-13.

Well, now it can end whenever WWE decides it wants to end it. The PG decision was partly due to Linda's Senate run, so now that she lost, they can pretty much do whatever they want, as now they only have to answer to the fans.
