I know I am fairly new to the whole Steampunk scene. However ever since I have become involved I have had an idea for a book that I may instead turn into a RP.
Anyway, I have always had a love for History, and seeing the usual time period for Steampunk I have decided to deviate from Europe and the Old West and instead look towards the Eastern North America after the Civil War...but this time the North and South ended on a stalemate and are currently in a shaky peace treaty trying to make thing work...If anyone is interested I will gladly listen to some ideas from you all (who must know a billion times more about Steampunk than myself xp )

Half of my steampunk clothes are civil war so I am in. Also this sounds a lot like Deadlands, so you can look up Deadlands stuff for help.

Awesome, I need to tweak a few things to make it a bit more accurate but other than a few cosmetics it looks good, I'll most likely set it up tomorrow when I have time. smile glad people are on board

I did a bit of research on Deadlands and it looks like something I had in mind with some alternatives, I will definitely look towards it for some ideas but I don't want to be too dependent on it hehe.
