Attention all personnel, fall in and prepare to receive orders.
Individual Assignments to be delegated on the Second day of November, in the year 2010.
The following members are hereby ordered to perform the following duties. The only valid excuse for not performing these duties is a lack of time. In this case, tasks have been prioritized.
CREW MEMBERS
Will report to the TOC for discussion and delegation of duties. Top Priority.
Contribute to conversation of guild reformation. High priority.

Strifer Garuwashi
Recruit new members from whatever medium you deem most
effective. Top priority.
Contribute to guild activity. Second priority.

Begin writing the posts to be used in the following threads: Guild Member Rankings. Optional.
Contribute to guild activity. High priority.
Contribute to conversation of guild reformation. Optional, high priority.

Contribute to guild activity, esp. in Jackpalm and/or Haven. High Priority.

The following statements are in response to certain concepts that were suggested recently. They each list a decision and related information on the topic.
We're not moving guilds.
Armeekorps will be switched out for a simpler system, almost certainly the one we've been talking about.
Class system isn't happening.
Rp Ranks stay. I'm going to have Gear and Ferregar (if Ferr has time) Work on the Haven. Bring any questions to them.
Jackpalm will continue uninterrupted, there's no reason not to let it run full course.
Anything relating to Towns is to be brought to K's attention. He has my backing, and is free to do whatever he deems necessary, as far as Towns goes.

The term was used because I failed to think of a better one. Essentially, I want you to keep voicing your opinion on the changes we're making, as you have been.
Also, I finally found time to look into Jackpalm, and found a couple of problems.
Strifer- You need to include what happened in K's post. He was directly involved, and you completely failed to take into note his actions. He took out a fair chunk of the forces you're controlling, and you're acting like they're still there. Not okay.
Zari- We definitely DON'T have it under control, which is why Wielder sent out a call to ALL mercenaries, to return to base. Don't get to patrolling, get to fighting.
Sony- You're fine.
Gear- No big issues, though I thought you'd regrouped with us...?
Ratchet- This is something that I have a problem with, and that seems to be a common theme in your RPing. After everything is set, we know everyone who's fighting, and there logically shouldn't be anyone else there, you put someone in, and mess up the logic. There shouldn't be any more GML members there than those who've arrived via drop-pod in the two ships, just as we all went through and did. We left almost immediately after we got the mission, so having a squad get sent in before doesn't make sense. As well, someone would've mentioned something about them before now, and they would've shown up on the eyepiece scanners, and a hundred other logical things are standing in the way, here.
You have a tendency to want to do your own thing, and that's fine, but you need to do it logically.
For instance, the group isn't GML, they're ex-military. They each kept a small stockpile of weapons in their homes, and almost always a side-arm on their person. When the infection broke out, they contacted each other and banded together, fighting off zombies and establishing an HQ, which can be just as you described it. Because they're ex-military, they would be considered civilians, and the league wouldn't give them any great importance or notoriety, (despite their skill sets and capabilities) which covers the "mentioning" bit. Anything else we miss with that suggestion is insignificant enough for it not to matter.
So, I suggest changing your post to that or something similar.
Strifer, I want you to change your post to incorporate K's actions. When you saw K' had posted before you, you should have done that originally.
Once you guys take care of those, I'll be able to post accurately, and help advance the fight.

Honestly on my part, I had thought that K' was not in the building. I was directing an attack towards him in order to move in to sending out random squads out at the other members. My main focus was to strike at the building you were going to designate as the HQ.
This may be a bit much to ask, but could we consider it as though he were in a separate random building? I'm going to reread the whole RP probably sometime on Thursday, and fix anything then.

Considering his post is longer and more detailed than yours, and yours can be changed very easily, AND this has happened to K' a couple of times now... I'd really rather you do the editing. Unless you completely change your tactics, it shouldn't conflict with any other posts. All you gotta do is change around a couple of numbers, and maybe their formation. That's about it.
Or, if you don't have the time, I could handle it.

I think the biggest reason I do so well when I recruit is because I'm always erring in the direction " Hey! I'm Kain! Join this guild, you'll like it"
And being Kain, they more often then not find the notion appealing. Mainly due to built reputation for class and all around joyful presence. lol

I was waiting for others supposedly in my team to pose doing something, so when it never happened, I moved on, as whoever did pose previous to mine seemed to have THEIR little group of zombies under control. I went on to another area to patrol for more... and I am/was waiting for others to pose.

Kain's Vid. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QIy341JlniQ We discussed other movie ideas (Read: I let my imagination go wild) and this is what we came up with for another one. Kain Wielder Hmmm... I got an idea... it's a little... cinematic, and we would need appropriate weather. Also, we'd need something that looks like a legitimate gun. Maybe a BB or Airsoft or something? Have you ever seen Cloverfield? I haven't, just commercials. But the commercials to it should give a fair reference... Say we've got a rainy day, or perhaps rainy night. You, in full badass trench and gas mask, are filmed moving quickly down a street, or across some other terrain. The camera is to your side. Cue digital sound of something big crashing into the ground. You stop and pull out a cell phone. "Patch me through to the Gaian Mercenary League... Wielder? I'm gonna need some back up." You put the phone back and start running in towards the sound, gun in hand, possibly shouting like a crazy badass. Yeah... cinematic. Kinda let my imagination wander on that one... Yes, yes, and a little more yes! Thats a great idea! Cinematic works wonders, if my video editing software worked slightly better. You could do that, Im sure. Correct? i I own several guns so it'll work.

Well, recruiting on Towns is hard because it's being overrun by people who are not Towns regulars. That is, the Halloween Trick or Treating event is making things harder right now. And that's the update.
