Shikai Description: The Sword deteriorates into a fine metalic dust. The dust quickly Coagulates into a very long wire, attached to a finger. The wire is harder than metal, and can extend at will.

~Saiboo Waremasu ~
If the Wire so much as glances organic matter, It begins to be eaten away. Depending on the duration of the touch, and the touched area, Determines the speed of the eating.

A punch can cause a slight eating away of non-organic items.

A kick or punch will eat away the surrounding organic and non-organic matter away.

~Barabara ni narimasu ~
An individual, or maybe group of, wires disperse into a fine dust. While this alows the Matter-Eating effect to be spread, it dillutes it. An item that may have taken a minute to burn, would need a minute and a half. A strong Reiyoku can push this away, however, if Kari provides his own Reiyoku into the mix, it can continue pushing it forth.

~ Reiyoku~
His Reiyoku can now eat away at non-organic/organic matter to a greater extent. This requires a full concentration.

~Kidou Known~

He knows the majority of Kidou (Bakudo 1-70 without incantation is at normal power, and 71-99 requires the incantation. Hado 1- 73 without incantation, and 74-91 with incantation. ) , And knows a great deal of slight variations.
These variations are tweaks, for instance turing a Hado Technique into a source of light. This can also be used to greater extents, Such as using Bakudo in a Hado-like way.

His Reiyoku can be used to degrade cellular structure. This requires his full concentration, opening himself up to enemies. This ability is used throught his Shikai and Bankai, as well as during the time his Zanpakuto is sealed.
His strength is somewhat high, being a captain, but is nothing to brag about.
His swordsman ship is more than excelent, having been a Shinigami for so long.
His Intellect is the highest ever recorded in Soul Society.
His speed is decently high, capable of keeping up with the Cero Espada's Sonido for a while until he tires.

I'm thinking of adding a move that allows the wire to deteriorate into dust. Would that be fine Dio? The dust would have the same ability as the wire, it just covers a wider area.

Ok, For one, some people are seeming a mit overpowered as well, and I want KLari to be right there with 'em. As well as the actual move~ While it covers a largwer area, it is dilluted. Something that might take a minute to be evicerated, might take a minute and a half.
