Crema had been rather bored so he decided to look around, perhaps find someone to spend his time with. Although he would avoid any females and..anyone who seemed like they might be annoying. The weather was relatively nice and, the bunny found himself smiling as he moved around through the bits of crunchy leaves that littered the ground. "No one here..hmph..." Since he didn't see any other locks or keys just yet the quiet bunny flopped backwards happily into a pile of leaves. Fall was a wonderful time of year indeed.

 "Ouch!" The voice came from the pile of leaves. There was a crunching sound and a ruffled looking Key emerged from the pile of leaves. He shook his body and flapped his wings a couple times, clearing leaves from his body. He'd been having a nice nap, when something big just landed on top of him! He was still blinking sleep from his eyes, still not sure who or what had sat on it.

Blinking just a bit as something moved beneath the pile of leaves Crema hurriedly wiggled off the crunchy pile. "Oh my! Are you okay?" As he moved away form the pile he found himself staring. Blinking once again his head tilted curiously as his eyes took in the sight of green, and brown fur peeking form the leaf pile. "Is that you Bell?" A small smile made it's way onto the lock's face as he settled down and started picking leaves form his fur. He hoped it might be his new found friend..then he would have company.

"C-crema," Abellio asked, blinking the last of the sleep from his eyes. It certainly sounded like his friend. Sight clear now, he confirmed it was indeed Crema. A smile crossed his face.
"Hey! How are you? What was with the flop on top of me," he asked, chuckling.

Turning a bit red Crema moved back over to his friend picking some leaves form his fur before speaking. "I'm well..a bit lonely. I didn't know someone was napping in there.." Laughing softly he finished picking leaves from Bell's ears his smile never quite fading. "Are you alright then? What were you doing in those leaves anyways?"

"I was taking a nap," Abellio replied, looking so thoroughly cheerful you'd think life couldn't get any better for him. "Leaves keep all the heat in, and make good camoflage! Come see!" And with that the odd Key popped right back into the rather large leaf pile. His moods really were odd things, that seemed to depend largely on the people present more than anything.

Blinking a bit Crema laughed again bouncing to the leaf pile with the happy little key. "I see..sorry I woke you up then. " It did look comfortable in the leaves now that he thought about it and, saw Bell pop back into the leaves. With a wiggle Crema plopped down into the pile of leaves also laughing as he burrowed into the crunchy things. "It is warm! That's pretty neat"

Abellio nodded, looking around the little hollow he'd made. With Crema under the pile it was a tad cramped, but he didn't mind. "I use lots of leaves when I make a winter nest. Old stuff might look weird and smell funny, but it releases some heat and is nice and cozy!"
Abellio tilted his head curiously. "So whatcha doin' around here Crema? This where you live?"

They were a bit close in the little hollowed out area but, Crema somehow enjoyed it. It felt nice and ,warm."Really? I just have a little hollow I sleep in during the winter. It's nice, and not too deep under ground." Smiling rather gently Crema again flounced out of the leaves and, shook his soft fur out. "I live nearby what about you?

The leaf pile rustled, shook, then a little nose popped out of the bottom. It was quickly followed by the rest of Abellio's head. "Still looking," he said, peering up at Crema from his spot on the ground. "Lots of places are nice, but no where is home yet." He chuckled (far too manly for a giggle!), still peering up at Crema. "You look reeeeeeally tall from down here!"

Smiling and laughing lightly as the others nose then head popped out Crema moved close poking their noses together. "You could stay with me! It's nice and warm..plus I can protect you if you stay with me." Wiggling his tail a bit Crema fluffed himself up still smiling brightly. He did like Bell he...just seemed so sweet and, cute..he wanted to protect and snuggle up to the other. "Want to see it Bell?"

Abellio smiled, scrunching his face and wiggling his nose as Crema poked their noses together. "I'd love to see your place," he enthused! While he got along well with just about all guys, Crema was someone quite special to the timid green-and-brown male. He crawled out from his pile of leaves, shaking out his fluff to rid the odd clinging leaf.

Laughing lightly Cream reached over fluffing the extra leaves from Bell's soft fur. "There! All better..oh good!" Twitching an ear Crema waited for the other then moved along back towards his comfy burrow. "So have any other females been bothering you?" Smiling just a little the brown and white male stopped at the base of a large tree that would have offered some nice shade..if only the leaves hadn't all fallen off. Pushing a few of the many crunchy leaves off Crema uncovered the entrance to his underground home. "Here it is! It's really much nicer inside.."

Abellio, having wings, was more a creature of the air. Of course his entire nature was also well-suited to living in underground burrows, a contradiction. He often wondered if all keys felt like this, though he couldn't be sure since he didn't know all that many.
"I met one that was very weird. She ran away pretty quick, so I think I scared her off." Abellio sat there for a moment, his face baffled that he would even be capable of such of thing. He couldn't think of any other reason for the female to run, though she was odd. Crying tears of something red, but they never spilled from her cheeks.
He shook away his distraction and really looked around Crema's home. It was dark, as were all burrows, but in a comforting way like a warm blanket you hide under. From what Abellio could see there appeared to be plently enough space, and the whole place had a cozy air about it. "It's really nice, Crema! Did you make this place yourself, or did you find it like this?"
