Please PM me if you wish your character to take on a Leader role. I expect your character to be well thought out (an excellent bio is a must), and you have to be able to formulate plot ideas.

Its basically first come first serve otherwise. However, I expect your profiles to have quality, so don't just rush through character creation in order to snatch that Captain Seat.

In the future, one may challenge a Captain for his/her seat, but for now just be happy with whatever rank you're in.

Also, if you plan to join someone's Squad/ become someone's Fracciones, then you should PM for permission.
