Well I've done a few crossovers (two actually) and I think that they're a blast to do! And I'm not talking about the Sailor Scout ones either. wink
I have a list of stuff I wanna do/see done, so if anyone wants to do one, let me know how much of a challenge you want and I'll give it to you! (Let's do this in PMs that way it can be a surprise for everyone!)
Sorry if the pics are big/Humungasaur large. I have a monster 17in laptop, so my idea of big is different than others ^^;;
Here's the comic that got it all started!

OOh, crossovers that aren't Sailors! I love the APH and N:S ones! Wouldn't a Digimon crossover be awesome? Or something along the lines of Black Butler?

I was thinking of a Yugioh one, since .hack//gu has a card game in it. Then you could have the option of fighting using weapons, or using a deck.

@Tay: never thought of a Yu-Gi-Oh! cross of any type...I'd think Ovan would be Kaiba if I did that though (already has a trench coat lol)
@BL biggrin igimon might be tough for me bu black Butler could be do-able (just started watching that myself). But first, I gotta do my RHPS and Eden of the East ones first 4laugh RHPSwill be awesome and full of randomness methinks >.>
also: if anyone wants to do this idea for me they can: draw Azure Kite, Azure Balmung and Azure Orca as Lock, Shock, and Barrel from Nightmare b4 x-mas pl0x! (I know En can do burton-ish stuff, but I dun wanna ask him to)

Never seen Hetalia.
Also, the first Yugioh series did a filler arc inside a virtual world, which is yet another reason it could work. In it, the decks could have a deck master (one monster from each deck) that would give a special ability to your deck, or be summoned for free, but if they die you lose lol.

Hm. Oresama Teacher and .hack crossover. I'm already working on dragging Id into the world of .hack (as an Endrance replacement for that match against Bordeaux XD. They both look kinda girly, are super strong, have long flowing hair, and could easily make a fangirl squee in delight--in my opinion. Gods, I love Id. Freaking amazing series).
