Sorry you waited a week for this. I'll have to say something to the guys about it. XD I hope my rating can live up to the wait. sweatdrop

Okay, so now...time to rate your team...

First off, it looks like a good type variety, of some really dangerous Pokemon. The only thing I see wrong with your Pokemon choices themselves is including both a Swampert and Gyarados. They have their weaknesses covered with their attacks, but you could get more variety by changing one of them. But if there is some reason you want them both in your team, you can make it work.

On to Natures...
If you already have these picked out and you don't want to replace them for the sake of a different nature I totally understand.
-Okay, with the current move sets, both your Swampert and Gyarados have only physical attacks. I see that you went with a lonely nature to raise their physical attack, smart choice. The only problem I see is that this lowers your defense. I personally would have went with an adamant nature on both of them, it raises your attack, and lowers your special attack (which you won't even be using anyway). Also, Swampert is not very fast, it would be best if it were trained to take hits then give them back, rather than try to give them out first. Lowering a defense is a big no in that case.
-Jolteon is spot on, perfect nature for one, they're already blindingly fast, so boost the sp. attack instead, nice choice.
-Metagross, I'm not sure what to tell you about it, it depends how you train it. If you were going for speed you would probably want agility instead of Bullet Punch. That's a good nature for speed, but if your not trying to be faster, there are better natures for it.
-Scizor, no matter what you do with it, I would always go Adamant. You never sp. attack with a Scizor, and more power is always good. But docile isn't hurting any of it's useful stats either.
-Infernape, excellent nature for it. It's moveset already hits hard, so the best thing to increase is it's speed. Nice choice.

Okay, for the movesets...
-Swampert and Gyarados both have good stand alone movesets, but they're too similar. I wouldn't suggest changing Swampert's moves, since that seems to be the perfect set for it's obvious role as lead. Unless you plan to make him slow and defensive; in which case Avalanche may be better than Ice Punch. I hate to tell you to change Gyarados either because that's such a good set for him. But you have two Pokemon with very similar movesets. Just make your own decisions on this one.
-Jolteon, amazing moveset. Unless it has an awesome Hidden Power to replace Shadow Ball...I wouldn't change a thing.
-Metagross, that set works great for a slow tank style Metagross. But I'm not sure what you were going for, since you have a speed boosting nature.
-Scizor, I would replace the Night Slash with a Sword Dance. Dark move are effective against Psychic (Which would be stupid against Scizor) and Ghost (Which steel resists). So Scizor's typing already deters the use of those two types. Sword Dance will allow you to get an extra boost in power, making Bullet Punch extremely dangerous.
-Infernape, Spot on, I can't think of a better set. U-Turn even covers those Psychic types and lets you escape in case they survive your attack.

So overall, I would give it a 4/5. It could wreck some Pokemon as is, but it could be a little bit better. Hope this helps. =D Feel free to ask me any questions you have.
